Perfect spot to rest your head after spending the day in the historic district- it’s quiet, clean and beautiful. A quick walk to the riverfront and a fantastic view of the ships coming through on the river.

The scenery is beautiful, the room is large, and the people are outstanding. It's worth staying here, the people are warm and helpful. I don’t know when the $50 deposit will be returned to me. This is my second stay. I will stay here a few more times when I have time.

Top notched customer service by check in manager, Glenn. He was super nice and accommodating during our late night arrival.
Also, we were extended a complimentary breakfast by supervisor Radu. He made sure our room temp was adjusted and we had blankets.

Convenient to downtown, bay st, river street. We are from Savannah and needed a place to stay for the night while we had an event at the convention center. We’ve stayed here before and it was my first choice. Consistently a solid place to stay. There is construction nearby but did not affect our stay. Easy check in, everyone super friendly and available to help with questions! Room was clean, smelled great, cleaning staff always in the hall if we needed anything extra they were easy to find! 40$ for parking onsite. But worth it and everything is easily accessible if you forget something in your car.

I was pleasantly surprised all around. It could not have been better It's set at the end of River St and is VERY easy to drive to. That's big for me. I get claustrophobic in Savannah while driving, but the M is situated in an area of town where you can breathe and you're just feet away from the river itself. I was amazed that I got the room for the price I did. Maybe it's because it's still early in the spring and it was on a Sunday? I don't know, but now that I know what it's like to stay here, I'm locked in and hope to have many future returns.

The hotel is very loud. There were people yelling and raising cane at 2am, had to call the front desk both nights. there is an overpowering odor of cleaners throughout the hotel. Other that that it was great. very clean staff was friendly and helpful.

Was able to check in early! At like 12 noon. Was super helpful for us as we were going from one place of stay to another. Helpful, kind, courteous.
