Summary: The hotel is a bit dated but all the staff are pleasant and make sure you have a good stay, which made us forget that the hotel was a bit old. We recommend this hotel. The hotel: the construction dates from the 80s and most of the structure is in its juice. At the level of the rooms, they are almost all communicating with each other but the rooms are well soundproofed, the bedding is appreciable. All rooms have a sea view and a terrace. Elevator everywhere in the hotel (note that the elevators are very long so take the stairs if possible) Restaurant + bar with a magnificent view. The swimming pool is nice, there is entertainment and music most of the day and a small bar. Entertainment and Staff: Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. They all played a major part in ensuring that our stay went smoothly. There is entertainment almost all day long with a French team, entertainment for all ages and for all tastes + show in the evening until 10:30 p.m. The all inclusive (food + drinks): we enjoyed the meals. Mainly fresh produce, the fish is excellent and fresh. At each meal we found Sicilian specialties + French basics. Crudités, 4 cold starters, 2 to 3 kinds of meat per meal, 2 kinds of fish per meal, vegetables, fries, pasta, risotto, ice cream at lunchtime and Sicilian cakes + pizza in the evening. The breakfast is also varied. We never had the impression of eating the same thing every day and the food is served + restocked until the last minute. For drinks, the alcohol served at the bar is not of high quality (very sweet non-alcoholic drinks). The coke is paying (but the cola free) and the alcohol of a better quality and the cocktails are also paying. Excursions: several excursions are offered by Marmara, we have been well informed about these excursions and these allow you to visit the most interesting points of the island. For the exit of Etna, it takes a minimum of 8 hours round trip, so departure at 5:45 a.m. and return around 9 p.m. in the evening, but the tourists seemed to have enjoyed this outing. Palermo is also a 1h30/2h drive from the hotel. The excursions are a little expensive, you have to plan 80/90€ for a day trip and around 40€ for half a day (+ tickets on site for some options). Possibility to rent a car at the hotel. Finally, the representative of Tui, Mylène is present and available to answer our questions.

Beautiful location, beautiful infrastructure, big black spot on the soundproofing of the rooms (especially those called doubles), not annoying if alone and curious, downright off-putting as a couple, have a good holiday.

Succulent oranges. * Mini disco and mini club for children, thank you Jérémy for your involvement. *Direct access beach, free canoe, deckchairs available. *Top outdoor swimming pool *All inclusive from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. *Director's cocktail on Thursday evening, it was nice. *Top karaoke evening. *Spacious rooms *Photographer Mirco, very professional and smiling. *Thank you Mylène for the very well explained information meeting on Saturday morning. Negative points: * Far from Palermo, Cefalu, Taormina, Syracuse but I advise you to go to Caltabellotta, Mazara Del Vallo, Selinunte to the archaeological park, Agrigento to the valley of the temples. * Expensive excursions from the hotel. * Expensive rental car: count 100 euros per day with insurance, Europcar Sciacca directly at the hotel, very practical. Roads broken in places, do not use Waze 🤣. *Dated rooms, a refresh would be good. *Lack of communication: we saw the show cooking on the terrace on the 2nd day. *The deposit for beach towels €15 in cash *Missing a squeezed orange juice in the morning with all the beautiful oranges there is, which is a shame. *Poorly soundproofed rooms, we asked to change rooms and it was better because they were not communicating rooms. *Wifi does not reach everywhere. To sum up, a very nice stay, in an idyllic setting. Slightly wild beach, fine sand, translucent water. Club Marmara with entertainment all day long, top notch. Club dance still in the lead 🥳. We eat very well, we have fun and we don't want to leave!!! Grazie Mille. We recommend, come with your family, you will love it. 💯.

Un hôtel qui bénéficie d’une équipe d’animation au top : survoltée et hyper attachante et de grands professionnels au bar : disponibilité, sourire et hyper bien organisée Un vrai plaisir de les retrouver chaque jour. Merci à Gaetano et toute son équipe au bar pour nous avoir régalé avec des cocktails qui changent chaque jour. Big up à Aurélie, Liza, Fanny, Nico, Thomas, Nono, Jeremy sans oublier DJ Clem - c’est vous qui avez enchanté notre séjour

Très très bel hôtel au milieu d'un fabuleux parc d'oliviers. Chambre très grande avec beaucoup de rangement (armoire double avec beaucoup de cintres, nombreux tiroirs). Seul défaut, on entend les voisins se parler !! Si on loge au 4ème étage, l'odeur de souffre de la piscine est présente du matin au soir, et SURTOUT dans la chambre. C'est fort désagréable. Un grand bravo à Fanny et à toute son équipe d'animation au top, on sent que tous les membres s'entendent très bien. Ils sont toujours de bonne humeur et parlent avec tout le monde avec sincérité. Mention spéciale pour le jour de la Fête des Mères, l'animation était présente du petit-déjeuner au coucher, les bébés étaient craquants. Très bonne nourriture et très variée. Bravo surtout à leur sublime sauce tomate dans leurs plats de légumes et de pâtes.

Chambres et complexe très propres. Restauration 10/10 nous sommes restés une semaine et n’avons jamais mangé 2 fois les mêmes choses, le buffet est varié. Tout au long de notre séjour toute l’équipe du Cala Regina (Personnel hôtelier, restaurant et bar) ont été au petit soin. Un petit plus pour Giuseppe qui a été au petit soin chaque jour au restaurant ! Nous recommandons.
