Premier Inn Scunthorpe

I stay at this hotel on many occassions throughout the year and always have an excellent stay. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are so comfy I always have a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend.

Amazingly friendly, helpful staff. Love the fact we could help ourselves to coffee, sugar and milk. Great eatery attached. Found mattress slightly too hard but fabulous hot shower.

Stayed here the other night, Very nice! Clean and also tidy! Friendly staff and good food!! Really quiet area and had a grand nights sleep which was much needed after a good week or so travelling around the country. Highly recommended this place!

Amazing rooms and very comfortable, massive thank you to all the staff but especially Sonia M as she helped with it all, the rooms are very tidy and clean, the beds are very comfortable and I got a lot of sleep on them, the tea and coffee is also very nice :)

Exactly what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Nice room with all the amenities and the staff in the restaurant couldn't be more helpful. Linda and Jess at breakfast and the staff for the evening meal ( sorry I don't know their names). The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful

I had a very pleasant time at this hotel. Very clean and tidy. Kerrie and Kim at the front desk were so friendly and made check-in a breeze and they catered for both mine and my friends disabilities. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of a fence that was brown. The hotel's amenities were mid notch as apposed to top-notch, but that comes with the brand. The amazing staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this premiere inn for its cleanliness and great views of picturesque brown fences and amazing staff who will go out of their way to help if at all possible. Very clean and comfortable room with friendly, helpful staff. The lady on reception was super helpful getting me a close, downstairs room as I walk poorly. This is just how a hotel should be run, every member of staff I encountered had a genuinely friendly greeting for me. Top marks.

Viki the receptionist gave us a great welcome with a genuine smile and lovely nature. She was very helpful and professional throughout our visit including cheerfully changing the bedding after a coffee spillage. Great asset to your company.
