The first room he put us in had hair in one bed and literally dirt in the other, but the beds were made. I complained and they put us in a different room which was cleaner. Then when we went to the pool area, we realized anyone from the public could get in because there is no lock on the outside door. The hot tub felt like lukewarm bath water, and there was a tarp on the ceiling and certain parts in the room you could sit otherwise you would get dripped on from the rusty vents on the ceiling. There were no towels in the pool area either. The pictures shows a nicer hotel in Searcy and the price was not worth the ghetto stay.

The lobby of this hotel is very pleasant as was the desk staff. The room we were assigned was very dark, dismal and worn down. The carpet was abysmal, mold around the shower. Just yuck. Also, we were at the end of the hall next to the pool. Loud running children and adults that were unable to control them late at night and early in the morning was the norm. Also, dogs, so many dogs.

We booked because we wanted a hotub. It was drained and surrounded by caution tape. Breakfast bar was okay but not organized very well.

Great friendly staff, excellent location, stellar condition and cleanliness. Breakfast had something for everyone. Room was clean nice size T.V and dove products in the the restrooms! Only complaint was the bed is a little hard or maybe I should say extra firm.

Always clean comfortable and and high quality from staff to from check in to check out i can literally fall asleep in bed when i enter my room and know i will wake up refreshed from a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you so much.

The property was dated and probably had not been updated since construction in 2009. Dust everywhere in the room, even on the walls. The phones were yellowed with age. Grout in the bathroom was almost black and dirt was obvious in the corners. Needs a deep cleaning. Outlet on the bedside lamp did not work

I like this hotel. We've stayed at it several times when visiting students at Harding University. The problem is that the hot tub has been out of commission for months and the pool has not been properly cleaned in a long time, so there is build up on the upper walls of the pool where people have taken to carving their names and other things in the scale on the tiles. The room itself was fine and the breakfast is good. I just wish they would take care of their pool area. Some of us have kids who live for that stuff, and I'd appreciate some hot tub time.

Clean rooms and great staff, but this Laquinta is due for upgrades and modernization. We always stay at Laquintas when traveling and this seems to be the one corporate forgot about.
