I will never use trip.com again. I booked 2 nights with them months ago, knowing that I had a free cancellation/modification window. I read all the fine print, I contacted customer service to confirm everything. About a week before my window was closing, I tried to modify to 1 night. It would not let me. After FIVE DAYS of contacting them, I finally got it modified. Had I not continued to contact them, this never would have been resolved. THEN, upon checking in at the hotel I was told (even though I prepaid trip.com) that the hotel was never paid by the supplier. Therefore they would not check me in and I spent almost an hour on the phone with teip.com to have it resolved. Totally ridiculous.

This hotel is great! I loved my stay and completely satisfied with it. I got a first floor room which is super close to the everything. The king suite is very spacious and comfy. The sofa bed is great as well. I like how the management is very careful and helpful in addressing my requests. The best part is it is so close to the bus stop for a bus to NY. Simply walk 2 min, buy ticket at the machine, and wait for bus 320, will get you to the Port Authority bus station right by Time Square. Super convenient and worth every penny!

Location perfect to reach NY, but the Facilities were not good, sink was leaking, the rooms need some maintenance, the service was good, parking lot good.

The room is very spacious and cost-effective. The breakfast buffet is also good with many varieties and good food. The front desk service is also user-friendly and can solve problems quickly. I recommend everyone to stay here.

The room had a peculiar smell, the breakfast was poor and not as good as a budget hotel chain, and the porridge for breakfast was sour. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is clean. There is a bus stop right across the front entrance from which you can take to NYC. You can get the bus tickets at the vending machine. There is also a bus to American Dream. The hotel does not se hire enough staff for service. We needed to get a clean bath towel and was told to pick up at the front desk. One draw back was that it was hard to plot through the complex road system nearby when driving back from American Dream Mall particularly at night. The breakfast was pretty good and there are lots tables to accommodate guests. The parking lot was spacious with three floors.

Planning an NYC trip? This is a great alternative to staying in the city. We stay here and drive 10 mins into Hoboken to park and take the PATH into the city. It's a much cheaper option than driving in.
The hotel itself is satisfactory. We primarily just sleep there and for that it checks the boxes. I wouldn't book here expecting to be wowed by the location, grounds, rooms or service. It's good and I have never left unhappy. But if a more upscale stay is your preference, I would look elsewhere.
Check in and service while on site was good. No complaints.
They now offer complimentary breakfast which was a nice change from their previous model of paying for it. Standard hotel food. Edible but not like a good restaurant.
I'll continue to stay here when we travel up to NYC. Its good enough and allows us to see the city at a much cheaper price point.
