Premier Inn Bridgwater Gateway (M5, J24)

Thanks to the team that made the experience staying at Bridgwater Gateway enjoyable. Room was excellent, staff very friendly, breakfast good and plentiful, parking and access very easy.

Visited the hotel for a night away. Very good value as only £35 for night. Bedrooms nice and modern with a nice bathroom. Large tv with Freeview. Kettle, Tea and coffee in the room. Large free car park. Located just off the motorway. There is food and bar facilities. The bar stays open into the early hours if required. Breakfast options of hot or cold buffet. Across the road there is a big pub with a restaurant attached for going out for drinks/meal. Overall a good stay.

A very good new Premier Inn. The Staff were friendly, the room was quiet even though its on a busy road. There are two pubs opposite if you didn't want to eat inn. Breakfast was help yourself, plentiful and good coffee. Beware the rooms do not have opening windows.

A huge shout to the staff working on the night of 26th and morning of 27th March. They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They were on it by bringing some colouring activities over for our 2 young children and engaged with them very naturally making our children very happy and relaxed. For the staff alone we'd visit again! I was a little disappointed to discover our "family room" was a standard room with 2 extra beds squeezed in so there was little free space but the kids thought the sea of beds was great fun! The room size is the only thing slightly negative comment I have to I say from the whole experience.

Fabulous fantastic staff couldn't do enough for you. Lisa and her staff were brilliant. From check in to check out was a enjoyable experience. Wonderful comfy bed a amazing nights sleep. Food was OK very fresh and cooked to order I asked for scrambled eggs without milk and they were cooked without complaint

Stayed for 2 nights- had a meal on first night and was hot, fresh and tasted delicious! Breakfast was good - missing breakfast tea was the only thing we would say it needed! Lots of parking, and access to where we needed to get to

I had a great experience! I was met by a very friendly young lady called Jo her customer service skills are amazing she couldn't be more helpful. I felt welcomed and enjoyed a lovely hot meal the service was hassle free. Just what we needed after a long journey. Will definitely be returning.

I have been told the breakfast at premier inns were very good, so while visiting Bridgwater decided to try it out. I must admit it exceeded my expectations will defo try another one on my travels. Thank you to all the friendly staff.. and to Joanna who suggested it.

Amazing breakfast-great selection…….super helpful staff & knowledgable about the area. Hotel was recommended by a friend & would definitely go back & recommend to others. Staff a real credit to the brand Premier Inn-thank you for the hospitality
