A calm and relaxing area for a romantic weekend. Very comfortable and absolutely calm. We spent unforgettable moments, timeless, in an idyllic and preserved setting. The staff very welcoming and smiling. A very warm a**osphere at any time of the year. Despite all these positive points, the area lacks a little lighting at nightfall and the toilets should be a little more enclosed to avoid catching a cold when getting out of the shower in cooler periods. The place is pleasant, the lake an advantage. The lodges - mobile homes - are classic, poorly insulated and narrow. The catering is expensive for the service, quite disappointing for the price (flavor, quantity). The work room lacks comfort.

We are a family who travel a lot and without being overly complimentary or overly critical, here we have reached mediocre. Nothing corresponds to the expectations we had when consulting the information on the 4-star domain. The restaurant which serves unique meals, offered us a little Lebanese variation for this evening. The fact is that it is extremely frugal. Starter, a 15xm pita for 2 heated in the microwave with a base of hummus on 2 plates, just enough to salivate once!! The main course 2 tasteless and extra dry koftas on a bed of tabbouleh and for dessert a cream with the flavor of rose water with very soft pistachio on top and all that for €28. The total with 2 similar children's menus but without starter and drinks for a grand total of just €98. Let’s talk about the unusual cottage!! We inherited a shed supposedly renovated in 2021. We returned, it was stiflingly hot (it was not mentioned to us on the phone that there was no air conditioning) plus a musty and musty smell. , we are offered an air freshener As regards the complaints office, which I request immediately, they point out to me that due to the late reservation, period of August 15, this is the only proposal and that if I am not satisfied I can leave and I get a refund. Except that we arrived late and finding accommodation at 10 p.m. in France was mission impossible. Great time to do again with our daughter, we enjoyed it. A warm and pleasant welcome, an amazing and very versatile team. Very spacious and very shady campsite, the accommodation is great.

Il est vrai que le lieu est très agréable, ressourçant, atypique et beau. En revanche les anciens bungalows rénovés n'offrent pas l'expérience unique qu’on nous promet. La propreté était limite, la hotte (ancienne) dégoûtante, la literie pas haut de gamme comme on nous le vend (juste un surmatelas sur le lit double). Un mot d’accueil mais sans les produits régionaux de bienvenue comme stipulé sur le mot (étrange). Douche qui fuit et inonde le sol. On voit que tout a été misé sur la déco mais cela ne fait pas tout. Concernant le domaine il y a encore beaucoup d'amélioration pour atteindre le niveau d'excellence souhaité (plein de détail esthétique : vieux bungalow défraîchi a l’entrée, parking client et entrepôt/réserve du camping au même endroit. grosse citerne de gaz et bonbonnes de gaz apparentes). Niveau confort : aucun parasol à la piscine et sur le ponton ! (Il faisait 27 degrés et plein soleil). Niveau restauration : petit déjeuner : aucune plus value, pas en adéquation avec la prestation luxe souhaitée (une seule sorte de pain, oeufs brouillés industriels, très peu de fruits frais, ni de jus de fruits frais) boissons chaudes en self service. Restauration soir : paella complètement ratée (riz trop cuit et pâteux) Nous l’avons précisé à la serveuse qui a répondu « ah bon ». Aucun geste, aucune réaction par rapport à notre insatisfaction. Les cocktails (comme le mojito) sont mis en avant sur une ardoise mais grande déception : une seule feuille de menthe et un seul quart de citron vert dans le mojito servi ! Le yoga est payant ! Ok mais alors fournissez un vrai tapis de yoga s’il vous plait ! Et non un pauvre vieux et tout petit tapis ! Cours de renforcement musculaire annoncé mais non programmé. Il y a selon nous encore pas mal de boulot avant de prétendre être un lieu exceptionnel et unique et d’espérer que le client reparte en ayant vécu une expérience mémorable. Le concept n’est pas encore tout a fait abouti pour un positionnement prix aussi élevé. Malgré tout nous avons appréciez la disponibilité des activités avec matériel en libre service (le camping n’était pas complet…).

Personnel très agréable et professionnel, toujours attentionné et bienveillant ainsi que les gérants du site. Notre logement était propre et confortable. Très agréablement surpris par toutes ces prestations (sportives, petit déjeuner etc..) on reviendra et on recommande! Eva et Paul

Ils sont au Top, malgré la météo, le lieu est super, l'ambiance est familiale, les activités famille et/ou enfants sont top, nos filles ne veulent qu'une chose c'est y retourner et nous aussi!!!! On a construit un radeau, meme le jour du départ l'animatrice a proposé quelque chose pour les enfants, les familles se rencontrent, le personnel est adorable, activités ludiques et large choix pour tous. tout a été facile et sur mesure!

petit paradis pour les familles, site sublime, tranquille, à taille humaine, activités proposées intéressantes pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Nous recommandons vivement.
