On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite in what seems the older hotel a cross the street which was very kind, however the room temperature was only 11°C and there were too many stairs for our dog. It was obviously a family suite because it had a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed all in the same room. Our superior room was nice but there was mould in the bathroom and privacy tape covering a crack in the door. The bed did not have a headboard, so you could not sit up in bed because the pillows folded into the gap. There was a kettle but only thin plastic cups. That all said, the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with mugs for our coffee. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was excellent accompanied by a good selection of wines. Hotel rooms and restaurant could do with a little TLC, but apart from that the hotel is great value for money. We would definitely stay again but select a different room.

- Breakfast is good with fair food choices
- Room is big and renovated, yet the bedroom is old (window broken and taped) and without AC (which is misleading info and complaint raised to *******) Overall is okay.

Weekend di pioggia ,ma grazie alla buona animazione di Monica e Gianluca non ci si annoia mai , le loro attività sono sempre divertenti ,dal master Chef dei bambini alla passeggiate in quei minuti che non ha piovuto.Camere comode e vista spettacolare .

Albergo bellissimo.. Stanza spettacolare con idromassaggio.cibo molto buono .poi Monica e Gianlukino dell'animazione sono top..i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo con loro..e noi ci siamo rilassati.. sicuramente ci torneremo..

Sono stato in questa struttura per la seconda volta, dopo un piacevole soggiorno questa estate, questa volta in un weekend fuori stagione e di brutto tempo. Nonostante ciò la permanenza è stata piacevolissima: dall'accoglienza alla reception, alla camera spaziosa,pulitissima e confortevole, fino al ristorante, in particolar modo la colazione col ricco buffet dolce e salato. Ma il vero valore aggiunto della struttura resta Monica, l'animatrice, che ci ha intrattenuto con vivacità e dolcezza! Mio figlio è stato contentissimo di ritrovarla, e per me è stato un sollievo vederlo coinvolto e divertito in un weekend che, causa maltempo, poteva altrimenti risultare monotono, visto che siamo riusciti a fare poche gite nei dintorni. Confermo quindi la mia buona opinione su questa struttura, che consiglio pienamente.

Soggiorno di una sola notte con la famiglia. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, il personale cortese e sempre disponibile! Nonostante il brutto tempo, la mia bimba di 4 anni non ha avuto modo di annoiarsi, e noi con lei. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla super animatrice Monica, entrata nel cuore di grandi e piccini in soli 2 giorni! Esperienza da rifare assolutamente. (La piccola Nicole B. and family)

Abbiamo passato uno splendido weekend tutto perfetto, abbiamo trovato un’organizzazione molto bella per le famiglie e bambini. Un’ animatrice fantastica, dolce e bravissima che le mie bambine Aila e Elin lo adorano grazie Monica, un abbraccio un bacio da tutti noi Monica. Colazione buonissima, le stanze erano pulitissime. Torneremo di sicuro.
