Bad service for this hotel, book for deluxe room (24sqm) but i got different room type with smaller size (18sqm), no clean room, bedsheet dusty and dirty toilet seat.
No room service, hotel only have 1 staff in front desk with double job including room service
Also very dissappointed with trip.com customer service

The room environment is suitable for rest and is relatively quiet. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and patient. Even when arriving late at night, they still greeted us with a smile and patiently explained. There are also many types of breakfast.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport and it is more convenient to go to the airport. The house is very clean and the decoration looks relatively new. The breakfast variety is okay and the taste is not bad.
