This is our favorite hotel whenever we visit Seogwiepo Jeju. The location and cleanliness and service is truly outstanding. This is the best hotel in Seogwiepo. The price is reasonable and the service is amazing.
The best part was the buffet breakfast. This is the best hotel who offer nice and abundant breakfast knowing that the price is not that pricey.
I love everything. I enjoyed relaxing at the bathtub.
It is our 3rd time staying and as expected I am always very satisfied.

It was a bit disappointing to go late, but overall I was satisfied.

Front staff very friendly
Too much dust in the room. Dust accumulated on the hanger rods, so I took out the hangers and clumps of dust.
I was surprised by the amount of hair on the pillow on the bed.
It's inconvenient as there is only one outlet on the table under the study next to the TV.
The shower water pressure in the shower is too low
Shelf and faucet have a lot of water stains, so future management is urgent.

Location and service were good

- Hotel service: Not too bad, but not too good either. I think it would have been nice to have been a little more judo-ri for customer satisfaction.
-Cleaning status: Overall, it's not dirty, but the hotel has just been built, and there is lime around the bathroom faucet and mold on the sink. I could have paid more attention to cleaning, but I'm sorry for the mindset of the people who clean it.
- Bathroom towels: Slightly unpleasant smell. Looks like it needs to be disinfected a bit more.
- What's good: I pressed the 'Don't disturb' button to indicate not to clean, but when I came in the evening, they left a towel and water in a bag in front of the door. If it wasn't cleaned, the towels wouldn't have been replaced, but I was grateful for bringing new towels and water.
