First of all, it's not the hotel fault but the building just next door is under construction and work started at 7am so so early. Room had lots of stains and holes everywhere so a little expensive. Looks like they remodeled a motel into a hotel so thanks to the paint it looked clean but there was lots of stains in the bathroom. Easy to use the amenities as you can get whatever you want from downstairs

Good location close to Sinchon station and easy to find. Quick check in and helpful service. Room was clean and nice.

The location was really good! A short walk from Sinchon station or Seogang-dae station. The hostel sent an email a few days before my stay and the directions were very helpful. For this price, I think it was a very good value! It was very cold when I was in Seoul (-4°C to 1°C) but the room was always warm with heated floor and heated bed. The room size was just nice for a solo traveller, with a window for natural light. There is no daily cleaning but it's okay as we can collect towels and other amentities freely at the common area.

Good hotel. Not luxurious or anything but for the price it’s a good option for young folk. In 25 minutes you can be in Hongdea for the nightlife and shops. Also meyeondong is doable.

It seems like it has been under recontructed or something but the lobby was a bit smelly when i did the check-in. I have to use the door on the side. My room type is supposed to have a window but it is just a woodeb board been put up to cover where the window should be. However, it is not fully covered so I could feel the wind at night. The location is great for the price.

This is my regular choice every time I come to Seoul, South Korea. The room rate is cheap and the location is good. There is a newly opened convenience store downstairs, and there are bus stops and subways nearby. It is very close to Hongdae and Seoul Station.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hongdae Sinchon subway station. There is also a convenience store downstairs. The front desk staff are also very nice. The floor heating is very hot, and the shower water is also very hot. Recommended for friends who are on a solo trip.

Let's talk about the location first. It's a 7-minute walk from the Sinchon Subway Line 2 station. It's really convenient! You don't have to drag your suitcase on the road for too long! Then the facilities are new and clean! The room is large and has a separate bathroom with dry and wet separation! There are not many in Seoul at this price~ Let's talk about other things. There is a Chinese lady at the front desk who speaks good English and is easy to communicate~ There is a G25 downstairs, which is convenient for buying food and drinks. There are Starbucks, convenience stores, noodle shops, bone soup, and seafood restaurants across the street. Eating is not a problem. It's convenient to go anywhere. Hongdae is only one stop away, and Seoul City Hall is 5 stops away. There is a night market at the subway entrance at night! Cheap~
