For a relatively new and seemingly upscale hotel, having rooms with no USB charging points is not acceptable. Only one side of the bed has a powerpoint. Our room also didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly as it should be. The sink was clogged the first day when we arrived, and all the hotel could do after checking was to ask us not to place the drain cover back to the drain hole. The reception sent messages to rooms not to drain the spa after 11pm (which I understand why) based on a complaint from one of the rooms (as the sound from draining the spa is huge). When advised that we had slept by the time of time, only then they clarified that the message was sent to all rooms in the vicinity because they did not know which room had drained the spa, even though there were only 15 rooms in the entire hotel. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception. Be aware that there are (strange) steep slopes in the short hallway of the hotel which does not seem to serve any practical purpose.
