Stayed here previously, and the personnel are friendly and helpful! Very close to the main attractions and subway stations. Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.

The accommodation was close to lots of restaurants and the palaces. It is strange that the check in time finishes early but this was okay as they were quick to communicate via email and via the smart door lock. It was nice and quiet with a clean room.

The rooms are like backrooms, very Korean, but the room I stayed in was more like a semi-basement and smelled, and the lighting was very dim, but it was clean. It is close to Gyeongbokgung Palace and there are many cafes in Insadong that are renovated Korean houses.

The room is a bit small, the service attitude is very good, and the room is very clean. However, the staff went off work at 5 pm. There are all kinds of equipment such as hair dryers and TVs in the room.

Environment: Not facing the street, it is very quiet and there is a 711 nearby.
Hygiene: The room is not big but very neat and clean. The kitchen area on the first floor is not in good hygiene but we basically didn't use it.
Facilities: There is no elevator, and the room door has an old-fashioned key door lock, which is a bit troublesome. The quilt was very soft and comfortable, and I had a good rest.
Service: The front desk is friendly and can communicate in English. Please note that the front desk is not open 24 hours a day.
There are some regrets in terms of hardware facilities, but overall the stay experience is good.

Hostel is located near Jongno-3-ga station with convenient access to 3 subway lines. Walking distance to many tourist spots and markets. There are many restaurants and covenience stores nearby. Ikseondong is a stone throw away. Rooms are a bit small but good enough for a few days stay. Value for money is good. Room and bathrooms is clean and are cleaned every other day. Generous number of towels are provided. There's no elevator but staff helps carry luggage if you check in or out between 11 am-5 pm. They are also very responsive to inquiries via email. Overall, we had a good stay.
