Our room was consistently cleaned and tidied up every day without fail. New towels were also promptly provided and folded neatly in the bathroom. Room was clean and the ventilation was excellent as well! Pillows were plush and everything was very comfortable for our trip in Korea :). However one aspect that could be improved on would be the hotels breakfast buffet. Food items could be more varied and operated on a rotational menu.

Very convenient location. Airport limousine bus stop is just outside the hotel. Next to Myeondong food street. Room is small, toilet need be upgraded.

Hotel location is excellent. Airport limousine bus is right at the door step. Check-in was swift. Room size is big enough for 2 adults. Recommended for value for money and convenience of hotel location.

Hotel is within walking distance from the popular myeongdong street. Prime location. Service staff are friendly and can speak English. However, don’t expect much from the breakfast buffet. Ate 6 times with 95% of the same food daily. Not the nicest.

Just beside the night market at Myeongdong & subway station. Opposite there are Lotte shopping malls. Convenient location for shopping. However toilet a bit small but okay for one pax. Cleanliness is good.

Great location. Near myeongdong shopping street and lot of local food. But room amenities need major upgrade. Want us to recycle towel but not enough hanging rack. Should have internatinal socket and usb like what other new hotels have.

Location is great. Just a few steps to the myeongdong night market. Took the junior suite , it's quite spacious but the toilet is very small. Like airplanes toilet.no lotion provided as well. Hair dryer was small and weak for long hair.

It is in a fantastic location, right on Myeongdong shopping street; and it is also a stone throw from the metro station. The room is of decent size, and the room was very warm. We tried to adjust the temperature but didn't seem to work. Perhaps its temperature is centrally ontrolled.
