The apartment has everything needed for my stay. The host was very kind and helpful, the facilities inside the room were perfect. The weather was rather cold but the room was warm, and you can control floor heatng system yourself. Also it has extra air heater. Definetely will stay here for the next time too! It`s easy to get to subway, there are many 24\7 shops as 7\11, CU.

公寓，沒有服務員，沒人打掃衞生，不過裏面配套齊全，什麼都有。不大好找，在metro khan大樓裏面。一個晚上500多RMB，比較便宜。離三成地鐵站幾百米遠。

アパートメントタイプははじめてだったので、チェックインの際に苦戦しました。位置はマップの通りですが、ホテル名(アパート名)は大きく出ていないので、わかりずらいです。
セブンイレブンとCUコンビニが入ったビルです。到着するとビル管理人が1階にいますが、何もわからないので次の流れでチェックインしました。
ホテルにこちらから電話して、部屋番号と部屋の鍵のパスワードを教えてもらうのですが、会話が英語でこちらが英語がそれほどでもないということもあり、苦戦していると10階にきてくれと言われました。
10階に行くと電話先のオーナーの方がきてくれました。部屋の場所と鍵パスワードを案内してもらいました。
名前の確認だけだったので、セキュリティー上は少し不安でした。
流れは他の方の口コミに助けられました。
予約後の流れを記載いただけると助かります。できればホテルからメールで部屋情報知らせてもらえると良いです。

明洞等には30分くらいかかります。しかし、お部屋のある三成はCOEXや高級ホテルがたくさんある素敵な場所でした。部屋自体も地下鉄の三成駅からも5分くらいです。マンションの名前は実際にはkhan metroと表示されているのでわかりづらいかもしれません。ミニストップの入ってるビルです。一階のエレベーターの脇に管理人さんが座ってます。この人がびっくりするほど不親切です。予約した書類を見せて、「ここであってるか？」と聞いたら、「あってる」以外言わないので、自分がどこの部屋なのか、誰にコンタクトを取れば部屋に辿り着けるのかもわかりませんでした。20分くらい迷っていたら、親切な韓国人の老夫婦が予約表を見て問い合わせ先に電話してくれて、管理人に部屋番号とキーナンバーが書かれたメモが渡されていることが判明しました。お爺さんが管理人さんを怒鳴りつけて怒ってくれ、「韓国人は不親切で申し訳ない」と謝ってくれました。

感覺是有些年頭的公寓了，但這個價位，按周邊環境和公寓的設施來説，性價比挺高。公寓的位置很好，離COEX直線距離也就兩三百米，離地鐵站也很近。公寓的衞生不錯，老闆熱情，CHECK IN前電話聯繫，給了密碼可以直接進門，挺方便的。
