Front desk not able to understand simple English. Take longer time to know what guest needs. Room plugs not working. Need to go front desk to borrow the adapter.

It was very disappointing. I heard on SNS that the food quality was good, but I was very disappointed. I came on a family trip, but I ended up fighting with my wife. It might be very inconvenient for those who use the bidet.

I went to relax with my friends and it was great~ I ate a lot with the all-inclusive welcome tea time + happy hour + breakfast full package. It was a weekday, so there weren't many people in the lounge, so I enjoyed it quietly!
