Το Φίλιππος είναι ένα από τα πιο προσιτά και εξυπηρετικά ξενοδοχεία των Σερρών. Καθαρό, με άνετα δωμάτια και καθημερινή καθαριότητα, έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ σε μια περιοχή, που έτσι κι αλλιώς προσφέρεται για στάθμευση και απέχει μόλις 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης.
Το πρωινό είναι επαρκές, το προσωπικό καταρτισμένο και φιλικό, ενώ ο νομός Σερρών γεμάτος εκπλήξεις （ Κερκίνη, Αλιστράτη, Αμφίπολη κλπ）

Reception staff were lovely, lobby restaurant was sensational, food absolutely amazing, again, staff lovely….but The rooms need updating (Room 112). So plain, shower leaks profusely, we needed three towels to soak up the water that somehow leaked. NO coffee or tea provided, no kettle, no mini bar. Carpets look like there has been a crime scene. Look elsewhere is my suggestion….. I would not return

We have booked only one night on our way to Thassos to get some sleep. Bit it was awful. They had a techno party and we just could not sleep. In the beggining I was sure the loud noise is from outside, but no, it was in the hotel. So although we had payed extra for breakfast we checked out at 5 AM and left. We had a triple room. The most basic one I have ever stayed in. 4 stars? No way!! The AC was very very loud and had a damp smell. The only good part was that we had a decent dinner on the terrace.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Rooftopbar hat ein super Ambiente. Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein, waren aber auch nicht so dreckig sodass man gar nicht hätte darin wohnen können. Es waren eher hier und da mal ein paar Flecken, die vielleicht nicht weggingen und nicht schön anzusehen sind. Die Zimmer waren schon moderner aber die Bäder könnten mal modernisiert werden, da sie etwas altmodisch sind. Ein Außenpool wäre auch super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn es sich nochmal um einen kurzen Aufenthalt handelt.

Αν και 4αστερο σε βαθμολογια, που σε προδιαθετει για ενα ξενοδοχειο με αναλογες προδιαγραφες, η απογοητευση ηταν μεγαλη. Το προσωπικο αντιεπαγγελματιες, απροθυμο να βοηθησει（ζητησαμε να γευματισουμε μιας και ειμασταν απο ταξιδι αλλα δεν σερβιραν στο εστιατοριο γιατι θα ειχαν εκδηλωση την επομενη μερα, ουτε στο roof garden （（το πολυδιαφημισμενο） γιατι θα ειχαν παρτυ, ουτε στο καφε τους στο εξωτερικο χωρο. Τα δωματια κακοτεχνα, μερικως ανακαινισμενα. Το πρωινο συμπαθητικο αλλα αδιαφορο.Ενα ξενοδοχειο που αν και xenia δεν αξιζει τα χρηματα του.

Πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, χρήζει όμως μιας ανακαίνισης των δωματίων. Το προσωπικό όλο, ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Το πρωινό καθώς και τα δύο γεύματα που είχαμε ήταν πολύ καλά και το ίδιο και ο χώρος! Γενικά όμορφο ξενοδοχείο και την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε, θα το προτιμίσουμε!

Κακο ξενοδοχείο όλα πολυ χάλια από τα δωμάτια μέχρι το πρωινο.. Ποτε ξανά!! Επίσης πολυ βρόμικο το δωμάτιο. Το μόνο παρηγορο ο υπάλληλος της ρεσεψιόν αντίθετα από την ανυπαρκτη σερβιτόρα του πρωινου!!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καθαρό και όμορφα επιπλωμένο, τέλειο. Τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά μεγάλα, καθαρά και άνετα. Αυτά με θέα στον κήπο είναι τα καλύτερα. Το πρωινό είναι επίσης καλό. Το εστιατόριο στην κορυφή είναι υπέροχο τόσο με τη θέα όσο και με την διακόσμηση. Βρεθήκαμε εκεί το βράδυ της πρωτοχρονιάς με την παρέα μας. Καταλαβαίνω ότι τα μέτρα του covid δημιουργούν ένα περιβάλλον και διάθεση κάπως διαφορετική από ότι ξέρουμε, χωρίς μουσική και τα σχετικά. Όλοι οφείλουμε να προσαρμοστούμε και το κάνουμε. Όμως δεν συνέβη κάτι τέτοιο με ένα μέρος του προσωπικού. Ήταν αγενείς, επιθετικοί και λίγο πολύ μας είπαν ότι μας κάνανε χάρη γιατί σε άλλη περίπτωση δεν θα μπορούσαμε να κλείσουμε τελευταία στιγμή (ε και !!). Να επισημάνω ότι δεν μας χάρισαν το δείπνο αλλά το πληρώσαμε όπως οφείλαμε. Δεν ξέρω τι έφταιξε, απειρία, κακοπληρωμένοι δεν με αφορά αλλά ως πελάτης μπορώ να κάνω την παραπάνω παρατήρηση αποτέλεσμα του τι εισέπραξα. Ενώ αντίθετα οι δυο κοπέλες στο spa και την πισινά ήταν τέλειες επαγγελματίες με ευγένεια και γνωρίζοντας πολύ καλά τους κανόνες και το πώς έπρεπε να μας ενημερώσουν σχετικά . Μπράβο συγχαρητήρια, με τέτοια άτομα το προσωπικό αλλά και το ξενοδοχείο κερδίζει πόντους. Αλλιώς πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και στα αξιοθέατα.
