Hyatt Regency Long Island

The staff is so friendly and helpful! Loved our room…only thing i would fix is the loud banging noise outside of our room that kept me up both nights.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Service is exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet quiet quiet! Comfy bed and pillows. Luxurious bathroom. Fast elevators. Plenty of free parking. Convenient location.

This is a beautiful hotel, with gorgeous lobby, nice, clean, spacious rooms and hospitable staff. We’ll definitely stay here again when we are next in town.

Poor service, not very clean, when i called Hyatt corporate i was credited one night back and given a free breakfast . Coffee was cold by the time i got cream Eggs were cold by the time they brought silverware. Hardly anything refilled in breakfast sternos. No bacon until everyone asking was finished eating. Place needs help and a major upgrrade in all accomodations! Carpets floors and wallpaper down hallways coming off walls. Not a quality hotel. Ive seen motel 6 or red roof inns in better condition with higher quality service for way less the cost of Hyatt.

Sent to a room which was already occupied. Key card let me in. Very embarrasing situation No access to luggage cart. Had just had a back surgery, no help to room. Will not stay at this Hyatt again.

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Property is run down and not well cleaned. Phones in rooms did not work. TV was spotty on and off. Hotel needs major overhaul.

Location was great. Hotel very well maintained. Worked there many many years ago, looks the same in a good way. If price is right will definitely stay again

I contacted Front desk several times. We had horrible smoke smell that continued to go through our room throughout the night. I’ve stayed her previous and now never will.
