Room was clean and comfortable, however the restaurant was not open and no room service for meals.

Property is obviously a little on the older side. Rooms were very clean, bed and pillows were both comfortable and great pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a little lacking but not bad.

The property is very clean and the staff are great. We were disappointed that the hot tub had been emptied so we weren’t able to use it.

The free breakfast is exactly that, Free! Don't expect much. On the one occasion I was there the staff could and should do a better job. Tables don't get wiped after each use and restocking of bread and bagels seems to be a great choir put on the two girls doing it. Also come out from the back and ask if people would like some of the scrambled eggs, why make people look for you?
All in all its a great little Hotel with good value, rooms are very well equipped and clean. Have stayed there 2 times now and will stay again when going to the ****** for a show....

The room was nice, however,va number of things were not ready. The fireplace was not turned on, the tv was nor workig at first. The wifi went out on the second day.

Stone Gate, itself, was average. The parking lot was a disaster. It had not been plowed of its last snowfall. The foot or so snow was packed solid as ice and uneven. It had been sanded, but did not help much.
They had a complimentary breakfast which open at 7:00am. We were there for a swim meet, and had to be in the pool for 7:00am. The night shift front desk operator, would not allow my 13 year old a bowl of cereal, even though the room had been set. After explaining he had to leave at 6:30am, the staff continued to refused him the bowl of cereal.
We left early and had breakfast at Tim Horton’s.
Was not impressed.

Outside looks very nice; well kept and clean. Inside is a bit dated especially in the rooms. Unfortunately, on my visit the Rogers cable and internet was down so I didnt have either on my visit. Also could figure out hos to use the fireplace in the room. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean, but showing some wear and age..
