This accommodation is also known as Kayser premium suits on the website of ***********. I rated 1 point as my experience was so bad and lacking of follow ups. The ceiling of the bathroom was open with three big holes through which you can see wires. And the sprinkler of the shower set was missing as well. We were seeking solutions from the manager of the accommodation for more than 3 hours with the reply that we should continue our stay. However the quality of the room is far more than uncomfortable and we have to decide to leave. Today is 2 weeks after the incident. The room is still available on ***********. The accommodation is still holding my prepaid fund without any explanations.
