I really liked the location and that there was netfrix in the room, what I value least is that they put us in a room next to the elevator and there was a lot of noise, and that the bathtub was small

The hotel has a spacious and good quality room. It is a bit far from main tourist points (at least 1 km). In my particular case the experience was terrible as hotel refused to turn on air conditioning system. Excuse was temperatures were varying, but these particular days it reached 28 degrees. I could not sleep even opening the windows. Hard to imagine a Eurostars would turn off air conditioning system.

We normally stay in airbnbs but due to circumstances we decided to stay in an hotel. It was a good decision. The positives were the friendly service, the comfortable room and the ease of booking. The negative was the length of the walk to the city centre attractions. We arrived late and the receptionist showed us how to get to an area with some good tapas restaurants. They were very helpful in looking after our luggage and sorting out a taxi late in the evening before our flight home. The breakfasts are all you can eat buffets, but not the sort of breakfast I prefer. Lots of sugary things on offer, others may like this. A good comfortable stay.

Very average hotel - wish we’d have researched a bit more and stayed somewhere different during our time in Seville. Really small, dark rooms with leaking air conditioning that dripped from the bathroom ceiling. We thought when booking that the hotel was pretty central but actually it felt quite a way from everything. We arrived at 1am in the morning and not even a bottle of water to greet us. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that and it wasn’t evident if there was a bar there. Taxis from the airport quite expensive as it’s not easily accessible by car - we paid 37 euros one way.

The hotel is clean and with a professional staff able to manage each situation and problem. The rooms are well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The Hotel is near the city center (10-15 minutes on foot) with the bus stop at 3 minutes by walk. It is easy reachable from the airport taking the EA airport bus and stopping at Placa de Armas (10 minutes far from the Hotel). There are a lot of typical restaurants in the nearby. The breakfast is rich and with a lot of different meals.
