Very friendly service from all staff. I do not speak Chinese, but the lady at reception used a translate app during check-in and was very kind and patient. The room is so large & comfortable, with a HUGE bed (super King?), and the most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced! Plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and a large bathroom with a lovely shower. Even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. Good double glazing perhaps? The breakfast selection was very good with many different options. We are vegan so our choice is limited, but we still managed to get enough to eat. Really good price, I would stay here again.

Loved this hotel. It’s located between several metro stations so easy to get everywhere. The room was clean, modern, quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was better than more expensive hotels. And the animation theme is fun! Will stay again when next in Shanghai.

The area of the rooms are a decent to large sizes. And the services from all of the employees are amazing especially from Mr.古北! The hotel is very near to the subway station which is very convenient for customers here!👍🏼 Recommend!

Clean room (with nice Air Con lol) with excellent customer services! Got some cute little gifts when I checked out the room. Very nice experience with my short stay in this hotel overall!

A very distinctive hotel, full of the childhood feelings of Shanghai Film Animation. The hotel is in a prime location, the front desk service is very good, enthusiastic and patient, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the buffet is also great.
