The staff doesn’t speak English and looks than they don’t like to received foreigners, the receptionist are the opposite of friendly

在上海南京之旅，禧玥、漫心府、全季5.0都住了。華住會真的好棒。
非常有美感的酒店，進門送了茶室的體驗卡，因為時間緊張，所以沒有體驗到。
早上打電話問早餐時間，過時了，但隔了一會，服務人員就給送來牛奶豆漿和小點心，很感謝。
但是房間衞生條件真的有點對不起這麼美的酒店和好服務。晚上進門發現很多地方不乾淨，吹風機上竟然有之前旅客的長頭髮。茶杯區和水壺特別不乾淨。紙巾盒上也是污跡斑斑。等等。打電話到前台，都十一點了，前台小哥非要叫人進來房間查看，不想被打擾之後就不了了之。建議酒店把衞生一定要搞起來。

一進大堂就有服務員幫忙提行李，
服務：服務真的很好，非常貼心，辦理入住後還貼心的介紹了酒店所有需要用的設施設備，退房的時候還送了我小禮品這些，這一次入住真的很開心。

前台服務很熱情，第一次來住這家店，聽説是全季5.0版本，還給我免升房型，還有前台主動奉茶，服務態度好服務真的特別好，大堂明亮整潔，智能化辦理入住，房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全。免費停車場，免費洗衣房，下次還來

環境:大堂環境優美，空氣中有一股獨特的味道，退房還給我送了小禮品是大堂同款香氛。
早餐:很好吃，品種還是很多的。

服務員挺熱情的，出差經常住全季，買了個會員，這家還挺乾淨的，也比較安靜，門口還有不知道什麼花的樹，定了個商務大床房，就是房間的茶包和飲料沒找到！
