I stayed here for 3 days. Room is modern and clean. It provides toilet with bidet which is a plus point! The reception is quite friendly and helpful as well

Great service as staffs n cleaners were polite n friendly. Close to subway station n many shopping malls like Wanda. Smart AI room so operated via voice chat on TV, Radio, Curtains, Heater, calls to front desk, checking of PSI n weather conditions without lifting a finger. Food delivery was prompt with robot in less than an hour so possible to enjoy warm meals in freezing weather ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt UrCove Wujiaochang. The service and friendliness of the staff was one of the best we’ve experienced. In particular, manager Sky Zhang was very helpful. The first morning of our stay, he prepared very delicious coffees for us - we kept coming back for more each morning! Every time we had any questions or concerns, he was always willing to help us enthusiastically. Everything about our stay was very smooth and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Shanghai!

First time staying at this brand by Hyatt. Room is a bit on the smaller side but well appointed and comfortable. Everything seems new. I was impressed with the high tech amenities that is seamlessly integrated into the experience. Really loving the laundry room which has washer and dryer set up where I can monitor the progress in the room. It’s has all sorts of laundry tools, such as steamer, lint roller and even a sweater shaver. The gym was small but had everything I needed and is new and clean. the service is what really sets this hotel apart. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel extremely at home and taken care of. I would like to thank Sky at the front desk for upgrading me and his lovely service. Location is fine, close to major shopping malls. 15min walk to subway station. Would stay here again, high value stay.

五角场 is a good area and there are many things to do. Its a small 10 minute walk to the metro where you can acces famous places in 10 minutes. Lobby and room are well decorated and clean. Room is spacious and was clean. Building on the outside might look old but inside its renovated properly.
