It was perfect spot, near Disney park, secure area. The hotel was clean, big rooms and comfy. The transportation to Disney Park was perfect. The dinner that was included was delicious. Definitely will stay here again.

This hotel, part of the HUAZHU Group, is very close to Disney and has a lovely fairytale theme. Getting there by Didi (ride-sharing app) is super convenient – you're practically there in a second! The shuttle service is especially great. After watching the fireworks show, there was no need to rush or worry at all because the hotel shuttle safely took us back.

Overall, it was very good, and the breakfast was delicious. However, there's a garbage station right outside the hotel and dirty water along the road. The room was a bit dated, but the bathroom fixtures seemed to have been updated. The faucets, showerhead, and toilet were all Kohler, which was excellent; the shower pressure was great and very refreshing. Though, the toilet lid didn't have a soft-close feature, so it made a loud noise when closed.

Very close to Disney, which is convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service.

Out of all the chain hotels I've stayed at, Starway always gives you that steady sense of comfort and happiness. It's clean, quiet, and the service is attentive. No fancy gimmicks, just genuine comfort. All the travel fatigue just melts away the moment you step into the room. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk service was warm and efficient; check-in took less than five minutes, and they even kindly told me about good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete and odor-free. The soundproofing was excellent too, so I slept really soundly at night. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and great taste. Next time I'm in the area for golfing, I'll definitely choose this place again!

This was by far the best hotel experience of our trip in every aspect. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and let us check in promptly at 11 AM when we arrived. They were also very helpful in resolving any issues we encountered. It's just a ten-minute drive from Shanghai Disneyland. A big thank you again to all the hotel staff; we'll definitely be back!

The room was bright, clean, and tidy. Since it was off-season, they gave us a free room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise! It's not far from the subway station; just one stop on Line 11 to Disneyland, and a taxi ride isn't expensive either. The hotel lobby is clean and neat, there's a restaurant, and the breakfast was excellent.

After a tiring day at the park, we could just hop on, enjoy the AC, and be back at the hotel in no time! Plus, the shuttle runs frequently, so we never felt rushed, whether going in the morning or coming back in the evening. This service is an absolute lifesaver for anyone spending a full day walking around Disneyland! The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely be staying here again!

The room is spacious, perfect for families with kids, and the breakfast spread is quite good, plus they offer late-night snacks. This time, I booked their shuttle service to Disneyland. They have two evening departures at 8:55 PM and 10:10 PM. The timing is a bit tight, though. For guests not familiar with Disneyland, the fireworks end at 8:20 PM, so having only 35 minutes to get to the parking lot is a real rush. I'd suggest delaying the shuttle times by 10 minutes, especially during holidays. I went on the fourth day of Chinese New Year, and I practically had to sprint to catch the shuttle – almost missed it! The crowds during the New Year were massive, and it was impossible to move quickly on the bridge.

It's ideally located very close to Disneyland, with two complimentary shuttle services available each morning, which was incredibly convenient. They even offer robot delivery for takeout orders directly to your room! The hotel breakfast was also excellent, featuring a wide array of options including freshly cooked noodles, congee, milk, eggs, steamed buns, bread, and various cold dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and offered excellent value for money. I would absolutely choose this hotel again for my next visit. Highly recommended!

The exterior and surroundings are just okay, but the interior is very clean. The auntie who cleans was very attentive, and the front desk service was also great. Coming back from Disneyland at night, we even got free snacks and noodles, which was a really thoughtful touch.
