Very approachable front desk best location to nanjingroad and waitan area good location bus and train accessible

Service was good, staff did not speak much English but used translator to communicate and were helpful. Breakfasts was good, they have a coffee machine. Nanpu bridge metro station is about a 10 minute walk but you also have bus stop at ＜5 minute walk that can take you to the bund in 10-15 minutes.

Good hotel, they implemented technology into their hotel like automated robot that sends up the delivery to the guest and automated toilet that has various functions for us to explore.

The room is clean and tidy! Xiaodu smart voice control room equipment! The front desk lady's service is superb! South Bund is right outside the door, and you can see the Huangpu River! The subway and bus are very convenient! 10086 likes👍🏻
