首先電話接通很困難，其次接通後的總機服務差到離譜，直呼姓名沒有任何客氣用語，諮詢個問題也衹會説不知道不清楚，因為這個開頭體驗差所以對後面房間其它服務也沒有什麼感受了

When I first walked in, no one took my luggage. I asked the concierge to take my luggage and not let me carry it. I said I was here to check in and they would give me a room. Then the check-in was very slow and the service attitude was very bad. Then when I got to the room, I called because there were no toiletries. They only gave me a toothbrush at a time. I called several times. I went downstairs to pick up the takeout. The takeout bag was torn. I asked a male waiter at the front desk for a bag. I pretended not to hear it and continued. Then he looked at me impatiently and asked me what I wanted. I really I'm speechless. I've never seen such a bad hotel. I wanted to check out the next day but couldn't. Why can't your hotel provide toothbrushes? Still can’t afford a bag? Grand Hyatt is not like this in other cities. Service: Terrible

The hotel is located in Lujiazui. Opposite the room is the Shanghai Center. The hotel is spectacular and the environment is quite good. I booked twin beds with three children and pushed them together. There was no problem. The service was very good.

As a local in Shanghai for most of my life, this is the worst hotel I have ever experienced staying in a five-star hotel. It is really a failure. For one, the customer service staff at the front desk all had expressionless faces. Secondly, some of the restaurants are a bit enthusiastic, but most of them have facial expressions that are too much or too little. In addition, the small dining area is divided into Chinese and Western restaurants, with very unsafe steps and no warning signs. It only takes a few minutes to sit down for a meal. I saw four or five diners almost falling over...what a disappointment. Except for the larger shower water and the advantage of floor sightseeing, the rest of the rooms are unattractive. There is another weird thing about the sightseeing on the 88th floor. The first sightseeing tour allows guests to take photos for free, but it turns out that they have to pay a fee ranging from 100 to 180 to take photos with their tickets. There is no notice in advance. Many foreign guests have very helpless expressions. It is really embarrassing for the Shanghai Television Station. ah. I have stayed in too many five-star hotels, and I cannot praise this one enough. I will not stay here again.

The location is wrong, the room facilities are a bit old, but overall it's good.

In order to run the half marathon, I booked the well-established Jinmao Hyatt. The location and service are very good. I purchased the Ctrip package, which included breakfast and lunch for one night. It was a great value.

This hotel is relatively old. The house is more than 20 years old and is relatively well maintained. The overall furniture is relatively new. The service is certainly excellent. The staff are very polite and generally considerate of the accommodation guests. A few things to complain about are inconsistent with the housing price: 1. The room is small and the bed is small. The double bed room is 1.5 meters wide and cannot accommodate a family of three. 2. The sink in the first picture looks like a convenience hotel, not a luxury hotel. The plug at the bar in the second picture is hidden under the glass plate. Generally, the kettle cord is not long enough and there is no electricity. 3. The faucet in the bathtub did not have a lever to control the shower head. As a result, the shower head could not be used and I could not wash my hair.
