Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Hub National Exhibition Center)

Hi! We are a couple from NZ. This hotel was AMAZING! The best we have stayed at in a long time. After a long flight they let us check into our room 6 hours early which was much needed. We were greeted with hot tea on arrival and they took our bags straight away. Our room was clean with great fluffy pillows, a fridge and large shower. Fresh fruit was dropped off everynight and the breakfast buffet in the morning provided western and Chinese options - this was a great way to start the day and I would highly recommend including this in your stay. It is close to the metro and handy to all the main lines. We used the metro man app to navigate how to get on and it was easy peasy! There isn’t much to eat around but a little shop with snacks did the job. A massive mall is only one stop away and has many options. The only downside to our trip was on two days our room wasn’t turned over (cleaned). I am not sure If this was a communication breakdown but when I asked for clean towels etc they sorted it out pretty quickly. We highly recommend this hotel, the staff and friendly robot!

I stayed for 4 nights and could say that this is one of the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is a top notch. The design is modern minimalist and is in a clean condition. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is good. They even provide free drop off and pick up service to the airport/station. Definitely love this hotel ❤️

Excellent service & good environment with affordable price, 性价比很高！

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Angela also provided excellent service from the time we check in until we check out. We were also given free upgrade which comes with breakfast as well. On our check out day, she packed breakfast for us as our flight was early in the morning. Some improvements required by the housekeeping team. e.g. used glass were not cleaned and washed. One day they forgot to give face towels. Welcome drink was so refreshing as well (see photo).

This hotel blew me away!!! Wow! ❤️🥂. The stuff is so warm and so professional, they make all their guests feel special from the moment you enter their very aesthetically pleasing door leading to the lobby. They rushed to handle our suitcases, offered us amazing tea and sweets whilst checking us in. The interior is contemporary with warm lighting for cosy images if you love taking pictures like myself. They showed us to our rooms and opened the door and still put our suitcases in the room for us. The rooms are amazing and they treated us to tangerines and bananas and showed us how to use the room facilities. I wish I took everyone’s name including the humble guard. Angela in particular was kind enough to take pictures of me. Their buffet style breakfast was so amazing and the restaurant is big and feels so expensive. I would love to stay here again!

Front counter staff provided a fantastic services and very friendly. Value added - As we booked two rooms, they are willing to help us to arrange two rooms face by face. It made my family really convinient and happy. I stay with my two childrens. Their service team noticed and served us three set of towels without request which I feel touching. The breakfast is fantastic, almost like the five star hotel standard. We took a dinner in the hotel one night during our stay. Nice and peaceful environment, food is tasty and all of our family members really enjoy it. Staff in the resaurant is friendly and helpful also. When we checked out the hotel, they provided transportation to us to the nearby Metro station which direct linked to Railway station. Much appreciated. We really enjoy this three nights comfort stay in this hotel.

After 8 years, we came to Shanghai for a family trip and stayed here for 5 nights. The location is very convenient and not far to many attractions areas. Zhong Ning MRT station is within walking distance. There are two noodles shops and one BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel; and it’s worth visiting these stalls for lunch or dinner. The hotel staff is friendly. They offer warm milk at night and deliver free fruits to room every day. The hotel is clean. One area for improvement would be the toilet ventilation system. It would be fantastic if the air in toilet ventilates faster and with air refresher inside. Overall, it is a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay here again if we come to Shanghai. Before we left, we received two gifts, two packets of bear and red date soup.

Indeed a very nice hotel to stay in, from the aspect of location, staffs friendliness, cleanliness and space of the room. Perfect! I will definitely come back to stay again for my next visit to Shanghai.
