酒店房間很乾凈，前台工作人員服務到位，酒店距離古猗園很近，走過去500米路，而且24小時內免費停車，還送了我們兩份自助早餐，推薦入住。

原本不想説 可是隔壁裝修非常吵 早上七點不到就被吵醒 和前台溝通 也是有點推脱 反正前台包括經理的説辭 就是之前説過沒效果 打110也沒用 那你們就不解決了麼 我花錢來休息 那你們把錢退我麼 服務態度意識太差

環境一般，酒喝多了就和朋友不想跑太遠就住他家了，心想漢庭連鎖店還不錯誰知體驗感那麼差勁，早上倆點多入住的位置還行離地鐵有點距離，早上7-8點不知道樓上在幹嘛和地震一樣，車輪聲，砸牆聲吵得根本不能睡覺直到十點多停了準備睡會，前台又催你退房根本不考慮你的感受這種店誰住他家倒黴，極差

這家酒店屬於版本比較老的漢庭，房間的裝修屬於比較古早的，酒店的設備設施肉眼可見的已經老化——熱水至少要等半分鐘才能出來，空調製熱效果很差，而且空調非常臟，扇葉上都是灰塵。唯一值得稱讚的是酒店的衞生打掃得非常乾淨。
