I was impressed with this hotel, all the staffs are friendly. They always say 你好 every time. And when I was staying there it's corresponding to my birthday, I'm outside all day and when I'm back to my room I saw a little cake and the candle with a Happy Birthday's note on the table. I really appreciated what they do so much and the cake was delicious.
And when I checked out they give me a beautiful hand cream and thank you note again.
So I will definitely be back again.

Very nice hotel and very close to Nanjing Street, I used to shop just walking back to the Hotel 😊😊.
I would love to stay again next time. The receptionist were very friendly and kindly asked me if I have any questions.

Very Great location near Raffles City mall, and walkable to the bund , subway is near , all staff are nice and helpful , lobby area is quite is small but cozy , room is very nice and clean , it’s big enough to put 2 middles size luggages , they also gave us a small souvenir ( hand cream) upon check out !! Recommend

This is the best hotel in Shanghai, the room is spacious and clean even I got a room without window i feel so comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location is also good, located at People’s square, you can walk to department store and the bund. There is family mart next to the hotel. I think this hotel is the best choice.

The room is very clean. There is enough space to comfortably open your luggage. The staff is very cute. The toilet is automatic, which is very pleasing to Thai people. The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the subway station. It is only a short walk to Nanjing Road. Next to the hotel there is a convenience store and a shop selling fried buns that are very delicious. Across from there is a coffee shop.

Nice hotel situated in a hidden lane. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The train station was within walking distance and we had no issues travelling and exploring Shanghai.
