酒店環境很好，安靜。房間很大，寬敞，一樓有餐廳，用餐非常方便，味道也不錯。距離地鐵站很近，交通方便早餐可以再豐富一點會更好下次來上海還會來住

酒店位於別墅區，環境挺好的，尤其室內，別墅裝修，值得推薦。一個建議，酒店名稱直接鑫都會酒店是導航不到的，銀都會所就沒問題，還有就是路牌指示等，比較欠缺，尤其南門進來很不好找

酒店在別墅內，周圍環境非常好。房型比較大，會客區和休息區分開。還有陽台浴缸和觀景區。可惜出差匆匆來去，沒有時間品味，衹在早餐的小雨中在酒店旁邊的小湖走了一圈。走到湖邊，幾眼噴泉忽然沖破湖面升起，靜逸的景色又添一些靈動，給我一個驚喜。

出差住的中高檔酒店裡最推薦的一家！我有非常嚴重的頸椎病，這家的床和枕頭真的太適合我了，一晚上睡得很好，起來脖子也不疼。聽説床墊是董事長親自挑的很貴，睡起來貼合度好，不塌陷，全身輕鬆神清氣爽。當然這家酒店的環境也沒得説，在別墅區，安靜綠化好、大陽台。總之非常滿意，下次出差還可以定。

酒店裝修很好，但是我定的是大床給我雙人間，然後説不能換了，體驗感很差，浴巾也沒準備顯眼地方。打電話也沒人接。風景很出人意料的好，服務太降分
