The Location is very nice, only a short walk away from the lively and lovely old town center of Shangri-La. The interior design of the hotel is very nice, although it reminded me of wooden Chalets in Switzerland, it immediately made a warm, healthy and clean impression on us. The rooms are spacious, very well maintained and clean. But what was most impressive was the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. The hotel is also the loving home to a sweet red and white cat named Chara.

I booked this hotel for 4 days. Location of hotel is very good(Many shops and restaurants around) also about 3 minutes by walk to old town. during the check in, the hotel offered us two upgraded versions to choose from, both are very nice and cozy. We eventually chose the villa, a wooden and warm lodge. The whole experience is very nice. Staff in hotel are extremely warm and friendly, breakfast in hotel is Chinese and western Style. Definitely I will come here again next time. All recommendations 👍🏻

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write about this restaurant. Needless to say, order wine first, it’s very clean. And you can see that the things inside are very exquisite, unlike casual hotel disposables, and you can feel their passion for customers.
In fact, we couldn't find a chartered car in advance because of the Spring Festival, so the boss lady took the initiative to help us find a car. Finally, we found a car, but she didn't get a penny in the process. I really felt the warmth. For the first time in China, I felt that I wanted to come back to a place, Shangri-La!

位置在獨克宗古城東廊走路過去10分鐘，
每一棟都是獨立的，個人覺得住酒店關注兩點，第一隔音非常棒，特別特別特別安靜很舒服！其次高海拔地區會很乾，老闆準備的加濕器秒殺我去過很多超五星酒店，人很舒服。製氧機是魚躍醫用製造機不用怕高反！
最主要的是老闆和老闆娘，一對夫妻咋説呢，像久違蒙面的朋友，家人，真的特別細心，噓寒問暖，貼心細緻，老闆是位四川帥哥又帥又貼心，老闆娘小姐姐温柔賢惠，做的一手好甜品！最滿意的一次住宿，好過高山別莊，好過金茂無可挑剔！
