Location was very good as the bus stop is right in front of the door. Many food places to eat. There is a breakfast eatery nearby selling 'Changfun', the typical breakfast menu for locals. Right next door to the hotel is a motor cycle shop. The owner is very kind. I rented a bike from him for two days. Good hotel.

This my 2nd time staying at Jinjiang, this time its leaves me a very bad impression of the receptionist and the rooms cleaniness..upon check at the hotel this plump lady receptionist was very very impolite just early in the morning, I was merely asking is my room on which side of the hotel, is it quiet..to my surprise she told me, what you pay is what you get in mandarin(你付多少就是什么房间！）I thought I’d misinterpreted her and I ask again..then she abruptly pointed the room chart on the wall and told me, this price is for better room and what you pay is for lower floor and facing the main road and there’s no meals..as though I’m asking for too much…she could have been more tactful and polite as a receptionist..the reason I stayed this hotel as it’s near to the (小公园)less than 15min by car and the surrounding of the hotel is convenient to get food…my last stayed I’ve encountered very polite and helpful reception..but with this receptionist attitude I’m very disappointed, I won’t come back again…

A quick and convenient bus ride to the airport shuttle transfer station.

Price is good but it can not justify the dirty washroom and the flooring. We don't feel comfortable staying there and try not to touch anything.

We all together 3 couples checked in 3 hotel rooms at Jinjiang Inn at Shantou 20-22 Dec 2023. We should thumbs up to the on-duty gentleman/manager with a technician who offered his kind service to open up a faulty locked travel baggage belonged to our team-mate after we checked in. Although the hotel is not in the busy city center, it is near to public bus stations for 10 minute ride to Shantou famous old business district /小公园 packed with visitors . We also found that the stall opposite the hotel offered delicious braised pork at very reasonable prices ! Also, we are thankful to the young lady on-duty at the reception for her quick response to our request for a SUV that took us to Chaozhou on 22 Dec. The decent Chinese breakfast at the hotel was acceptable if not compared to 4/5-star rated. Overall we were happy during our stay at Jinjiang Inn Shantou

The hotel is very soundproof! When you close the windows at night, there is almost no noise from the street outside. The location is also very good. You can reach the bus stop in a few steps. Each attraction can be reached by bus in ten to twenty minutes, and there are many buses.

This may be the dirtiest Jinjiang Inn we have ever stayed in. It really ruined its brand image. I went downstairs to the front desk in the middle of the night to ask for mineral water. The night shift front desk clerk told me that the hotel only provides two bottles of water per room per day. If it is not enough, you need to buy mineral water from the front desk. I bought two bottles for two yuan a bottle. It was also the first time I learned that mineral water was limited in Jinjiang Inn. It opened my eyes. The front desk clerk on duty when checking out was very professional. I only gave her a good review

I checked into room 504 of the hotel on January 23, 2025. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. The room is quiet, clean, comfortable and warm. The hot water network is very powerful, and the disposable toilet mats, bath towels and cups are safe, hygienic and distinctive. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and healthy! The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant room service staff is very good and their professional quality is high! The location of the hotel is very advantageous. There is a bus stop at the door. There are more than ten buses to various attractions and Shantou High-speed Railway Station. It is so convenient! There are many shopping and dining shops around. Full marks, highly recommended for friends who go to Shantou to stay!

Stayed one more night, got a shared electric car, went to eat meatballs again, and tried to take the bus to Jieyang for the first time. It was very convenient. The weather was very good and it was close to the Overseas Chinese Pedestrian Street.

Although it is a small park store, it is still a certain distance away. The shared electric bikes that can be ridden anywhere make up for this shortcoming. It is very close to the famous Xinghua Wuji Beef, just walk across the river.

A relatively old economy hotel with convenient transportation. There are many bus options when you go out. The breakfast variety is OK, the service is acceptable, and the hygiene is average. The disadvantage is that the light is a little dim during the day due to the sunshade on the glass window in the room.

I have to say, it's really old! I canceled the Nan'ao Island Hotel temporarily and wanted to play near the small park instead. Other chain hotels are very overpriced, so I chose Jinjiang Inn. The first room given by the front desk lady was moldy, and I changed it after communication. It is said to be upgraded, but in fact, there is no difference! The window is broken and can't be closed at all. Fortunately, the heat and air conditioning can be turned on, otherwise it is likely to be freezing in the middle of the night! Five points are for the service attitude of the lady! The rest is really useless, and you can book it if you don't require the environment. By the way! There is also a place that is a bit close to the Internet celebrity beef hot pot, and it takes a short walk to get there! It can be regarded as an advantage!

Overall, it's not bad, and all aspects are satisfactory. It's a chain hotel with guaranteed quality, complete room facilities, and a good location. There is a big market next to it, and the bus station is also close. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Park and Shantou Museum, and it's still a distance from Shantou Small Park. The breakfast is also good. In short, it's a good experience.
