Flower Hotel

I went in mid-April, and I was given an upgraded room. The area is large and not bad. It was a little easier earlier. Besides. . . . The outdoor temperature is more than 10 degrees, and the floor heating in the hotel room can reach 40 degrees. . . . Everyone sleeps with the windows open at night. . . Some resources are wasted, it's not comfortable, it's too hot. . . We have 6 rooms in total. All slept with the windows open. . . The heat supply cadres in Tianjin should really be transferred to ensure a stable 18 degrees.

It is a very big hotel with a local four-star rating. The service attitude is very good, and the locals are very sincere. The lobby is super large, and the room is also very big. It's very cold in the first month, and there is a bathtub for taking a bath. Very clean, the room is super warm, classic style.

先説結論，花卉應該是五台山性價比最高的酒店（民宿沒住過不知道上下限差異太大，並且沒有統一管理標準），比這裏乾淨設施好的都比花卉貴，比它便宜的都沒有它乾淨和舒適，包括房間大小！ 在此專程感謝前台的白姐姐幫忙升級房間，服務態度特別好，點贊！

酒店很大，環境不錯，十一期間停車也還行。

房間還可以，服務也很好，衞生狀況是可以的，我們是10月13日入住的，晚上最低温度接近零度，地暖已經開了，晚上不冷。但是我們是離店才扣費的，而且是免查房的，但是酒店要求我們入店交按金100元，這個我們之前在大城市的五星級酒店都不需要交按金，不知道我們是否應該交按金？

非常差勁，還好意思説自己是四星級的。在全國景區酒店範圍裏都算非常差的。 首先是前台的服務員態度巨差，基本屬於不會説人話的程度，打電話到前台問事，沒説等你説完對方就果斷掛機了。 第二，房間衞生也很差，又破又舊不説，馬桶還堵的。 第三，辦個入住居然還有收房卡按金，不説多要房卡，就是每個房間一張。 總之，極度不推薦！

這個價格住這樣的酒店很不錯了

第二天的被子，沒怎麼整理。其他服務還行。
