一次很不愉快的住宿，訂的這家酒店攜程上是4個星，我65歲，帶9 0歲母親等3人訂了2間經濟標準間，拿到房卡發現2間房相隔較遠，問能否換相距近一些房間，答這個房型沒房了，豪華間可以靠在一起，但要每間加30費，想想算了，不換了，可進房內一看，卧室地板上還有下水管道洞口，牆上有水管接頭，地板翹起，床上有毛髮等，鄉間旅店都沒有這樣的房，還準四星，長者的間衞生間居然有一個門坎，真是第一次遇到。找總枱反映，要求換房，來了一經理模樣的，説沒這種房型，覺得不好可以退房找其它地方酒店，加上天色已晚，又有長者，很是氣憤，表示要上網投訴，經理模樣的人怕投訴，答應調換兩房，調換的房間是吸煙的房間，煙味很重，久久散不出去。這種酒店應該摘星
