Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort

The beginning I had sone issues but they solved it in a “quick” manner! This hotel is nice if you get the room with the swimming pool or sea view! One thing that i feel to suggest is not to go here if you have issues for walking as they don’t have any elevator! The staff is super lovely from the breakfast staff to the beach ones and whose is taking care of your baggages and obviously the receptionists and cleaning staff, literally everyone!✨

Naama bay’den çok memnun ayrıldık. Çalışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Güleryüzlüydü. Konum olarak çok iyi, deniz hemen bir adım ötenizde. Odalar ferah, temiz ve şık döşenmişti. Kahvaltı çeşitliydi, falafellere bayıldık. Burayı Sharm’a gelecek her ziyaretçiye tavsiye ederim, gönül rahatlığıyla rezervasyon yaptırabilirsiniz. Not: biz beach kısmındaydık, mountain kısmı için yorumlar farklı olabilir.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay—the location was super convenient, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was warm and responsive throughout our visit. The only real downside was the lack of basic in-room amenities like complimentary bottled water or tea, which felt like a surprising oversight for a hotel of this quality.

Hotel is old needed to upgrade..overall ipoor service and amnesties..food was cheap qualiity..

Excellent resort The location is near by every thing also the people are very cooperative

There is a mountain side and a beach side. So only good views at the Beach side of the resort. Mountain side you have to cross the road. Hotel location is ok, but the flooring and room interiors are pretty old (but everything is functional and working so ok)

Very nice hotel and great beach

First I would like to say that I have stayed in this hotel 4 times previously and we love being there. This holiday was not the same. Upon arrival I was shown to my room that I paid extra for as it was a ground floor pool view. The room smelt of paint as it was just decorated recently. I explained I could not sleep in there with a baby with such a strong smell of paint. I was then given the option to be down graded to another room and after complaining to 3 managers I was upgraded to another room. Also we were not informed the hotel was under construction and was very noisy. The pool is right by the workers so you can hear drilling through out the day. I feel mislead as I was not informed of the work. I am disappointed in this trip and I won’t be staying there again due to the lack of professionalism by the management,
