Another fantastic stay. I can’t think of any bad points. Food amazing. We visited all the a la cartes this time, all amazing. Yes you have to pay for some but it’s hardly anything and SO worth it. But saying that the buffet is fantastic too. We ate at the pool snack bar daily which is perfect and food is amazing. TUI team, amazing. From the gentleman making me giggle daily doing aqua aerobics to the fabulous singers and performers. We loved your shows and singing. The staff, each and everyone single one makes this place amazing. Special mention to fabulous George, we loved coming back to see you. Your kindness and hardwork was shown daily. We can’t wait to come back for our third visit

Missing this amazing place already! Wow what a place! Spent 6 nights here last week with my mum, had such an amazing time! I must admit a highlight was the staff, absolutely perfection, they were all so amazing. Also did snorkelling for the first time which was incredible. Will definitely be returning to this stunning hotel!

Just returned from a week at this beautiful hotel and had the most amazing time with absolutely no issues or complaints. The hotel grounds are vast but very well maintained. The garden areas are beautifully kept with stunning flowers everywhere. There are several pools to choose from, 2 of which are heated so very pleasant to swim in. The adult pool is very quiet but more difficult to get total sunshine as the beds have canopies which are also very welcome when it’s hot. There are plenty of activities if you wish to be busy and my partner used the gym daily and was impressed with the equipment available. There is also a spa offering treatments but they’re not cheap and I had a head massage which was about £35 for half an hour. The food in this resort is nothing short of excellent. There is so much choice at every meal time and the young man doing poached eggs does a great job! We never struggled for food and used the Italian, the Egyptian and the Tiran restaurant. All were excellent and we felt really pampered by the staff. Our wine was topped up at all times. We are NZ Sauvignon Blanc drinkers but did find the wine to be very palatable. They do have 3 whites though so we asked for a different one and got it. The beer is also very drinkable. We weren’t overly keen on the cocktails as they look lovely but are very weak but probably as they’re made with local spirits. We just stuck mainly to wine and beer. Prosecco hour from 6pm to 7pm every evening is lovely and it’s very nice Prosecco, white or rose. The staff at this resort are exceptional and are probably some of the best I have ever experienced. I don’t believe they expect tips but when we left, we chose 10 of our favourite staff to tip in Egyptian pounds. When you consider what they earn, tips make such a difference to them but we never felt obliged to tip anyone and believe me, it was hard to choose 10 as we could have easily chosen 20. Some of our favourites were Salma who resembles Angelina Jolie and smiles all the time. Mohamed Atwa and I think it was Ibrahim (pool attendant with a cap and sunglasses) were both fab and every morning greeted us with such enthusiasm. They helped us to choose a great spot and know exactly where the best sun and least windy spots are. It’s impossible to remember all the names but all the Mohamed’s, Khalids, Ahmeds and Ibrahims were fabulous and thank you to all of them for making our stay so memorable. We did see some of the evening entertainment in the Venue and thought they were very good. We didn’t take any trips but we did snorkel and saw some beautiful fish so it was worth doing. Thank you to all of the staff at this resort who are doing an amazing job. They work long hours but never stop smiling and being attentive. To the man who scored the hotel with one dot because he bought a fake watch, I have to smile because this does not reflect on the hotel but more on his foolishness for buying a fake!

This place is so special. We had the most outstanding holiday in November, so much so that we have booked to come back in March this year. We are so excited. The holiday from start to finish was incredible. And what made it for us was the amazing team. We have never experienced service like it and we have been to a lot of hotels over the years. We wanted to say an extra special thank you to mahmoud F in the main restaurant. He couldn’t do enough for us, and always had a smile on his face. And Mohammed too! If you’re thinking about upgrading to a swim up room, do it! We were so pleased we upgraded to a swim up room it was gorgeous. Our son is two so when he had his afternoon nap he was lovely and cool in the aircon and we could still sunbath in our room. And the team brought us over an iced coffee it was bliss! Also bassam who cleaned our room each day was a joy! Such a lovely man and made my son’s day creating towel art each day. The food was amazing also! We loved the Tiran the best on the beach. The sizzling fajitas were incredible and we couldn’t believe it was part of the all inclusive. Thank you to all the team and we are so excited to be back in 6 weeks time.

Family of 5 including a 3.5 year old. Cant fault any of the holiday, even paying for the wi-fi - no hardship and actually deterred us from being on our phones constantly. We only did one trip which was the submarine at £50 per head - good few hours out. Great selection of food, so something for everyone, staff were fantastic and very attentive, bubbly and chocolate at 6:30 was nice as a meet up before dinner. Evening entertainment for little ones was good, check out the blu lounge for left behind inflatables before you buy any, a selection of shops for souvenirs, as we decided to have a much needed chill and not really venture outside of the hotel grounds. Lots of fish to see from the jetty and sunset was lovely. A small play area for little ones and hammocks on the beach, she enjoyed aqua aerobics at mid day, lots of activities to do so check the app, as there are two Tui and Tui blue. Airport is twenty mins away which is great, all good and great value for money!!

We are here now and We love it but with 1 major issue. Food... incredible.. my partner is a coeliac and they cater superb for her dietary needs. Staff... amazing... all focused on giving exemplary customer service. Fitness team... the best I have experienced at a AI resort... Francesco is amazing.. his knowledge and enthusiasm for his job is something to behold... a friend to me now. Marina the fitness coach... superb... loved her classes Entertainment excellent.. the singing and with nick the pianist and Ari so so talented. Before I go further.... Will we go back.... my god yes!!! Booking for December 24. The issue I have is that my partner cut her foot needing stitches in the pool on a screw protruding proud on a vent. This was a non fault accident that has changed our holiday with us not being able to do things like swimming, snorkeling, trip to Cairo, walking, training together and all because of the injury she sustained from a pool vent. Not one member of hotel management apologised... all the staff did!! So a fab holiday but management could have " delighted " us as we could not fully use our egyptian sensatori experience. For this my rating is 3 stars but would have been 5. We were offered a pool suite which was nice but not uses as my wife could not get her foot wet. We

This was our second visit to Sharm and Sensatori Coral Sea. We came last year for Christmas and New Year and fell in love with it. We have so much to write about so here goes: The hotel: It’s beautiful, modern and clean! We chose a swim up room again in the adult only section, the rooms are large and have a lovely terrace leading on to the pool. The bathrooms need a little TLC but again it works for us, lots of space. Ahmed looked after us and cleaned our room most days, he always did a fantastic job and we always arrived to a little surprise! Ahmed made an effort when he saw us and always greeted us warmly and was very helpful! He knew we liked our tea so kept us topped up with supplies. The hotel has lots of gorgeous spaces to relax, we spent our days in the adult pool section or on the beach, the sea was lovely and warm, the beach has yellow sand and is regularly maintained by the groundsmen who also work very hard! We spent our evenings on the terrace of the hotel and enjoyed the champagne hour from 6pm until 7pm, we would then spend most of the evening in the piano bar with the live entertainment. We don’t know his name but there has been a guitarist here during our stay and he is amazing, very talented and entertaining. We attended a 3 shows at the venue, Happy ever after, Cher tribute and Kelly Marie. None of them were really “our thing” but the Tui team and Kelly have incredible voices so we enjoyed listening to them. The food: There is so much choice, Mohammed Rezk really looked after us in the Main Restaurant, he and the team work really hard. We enjoyed lots of nice meals there and there is always a good choice. On our last visit we tried the stone grill, very nice. This time we ate in the Titan for lunch, again good and nice to have a seated service. We enjoyed fresh fruit in the morning and my husband always enjoyed the salads for lunch in the main restaurant. We did book the Gokan restaurant but unfortunately I wasn’t well and couldn’t attend but we will make sure we do on our next visit. The drinks: lots of great choice, happy hour from 6pm on the terrace always went down well! George on the Terrace looked after us and makes the best cocktails and Ahmed & Mohammed made us the best cocktails during the day! The staff: There is so much to say! We have stayed in many gorgeous hotels, what sets the Sensatori above the others is the staff and the level of service you get. That is the main reason for our return. We were sad to see that Amr had left the pool bar as he was so good to us last year but that doesn’t take away from how wonderful the rest of the team are. We were looked after everyday by Ahmed in the pool bar, great service, friendly, delicious cocktails and he made us feel at home. We were happy to see Syed again too, he always asked how we were and if we were being looked after. It was lovely to be welcomed back by familiar faces and that is what made us feel at home. The first words we heard when we arrived at the hotel were ‘welcome home’. This was our first visit, but the comment proved prophetic as within a couple of hours, we felt like we were home. We were given cool towels and a refreshing drink on arrival and were then speedily taken to our room, where we were given a run down of the room facilities. We arranged a taxi transfer via the Hotel a couple of days before we arrived and our driver was waiting for us when we came out of the airport. I am aware that we all have different opinions, needs and expectations and this is our honest review of our experiences at this Hotel. Our room We stayed in room 1311 – a beach view jacuzzi room. The room itself took our breath away when we entered it. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We could see the sea from inside the room and the view from the balcony was stunning. We used our jacuzzi at the end of each day. In the evening, whilst we could not see the sea, we could hear the waves gently lapping on the beach. The bed, pillows and duvet were perfect for us and the linen of a high quality – we both slept perfectly every evening. While the towels were not thick and fluffy, they were perfect for drying us off quickly. The water pressure of the bath, shower and jacuzzi were fantastic and a plentiful supply of toiletries and tea and coffee were provided. If extra hangers are needed, these can be requested from housekeeping. Our housekeeper, Mohamed K, kept our room sparklingly clean and nothing was too much trouble for him. Food We ate in the Fountain Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, always finding something delicious to eat from the huge amount of choices. We also ate at The Tiran, The Casa Bianca and the Marhaba speciality restaurants – the food was beautifully presented (unlike our food presentation when we popped it on our plates at the Fountain!) and again the food was absolutely delicious. Every restaurant was tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The atmosphere in all of the restaurants was relaxed and we never felt rushed – staff interaction was faultless – they perfectly balanced checking that everything with your meal was to your liking and removing our plates only when they were sure we had finished our meal. We attended the Teppanyaki which is an additional charge restaurant – the Chef’s skills, both in terms of preparing scrumptious food and his showmanship, was amazing. Although we only used one of the additional charge restaurants, we did check the prices of the other restaurants and they were all excellent value for money and we will be booking them when we return. We definitely recommend the romantic meal on the beach – this is a chargeable 5 course meal with prosecco. We booked this along with 2 friends and we all had the most wonderful evening.
