Totally enjoyed my 4 night stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of places to relax and enjoy the sun or shade. Spa staff were so friendly and offered deals to suit. Food was delicious considering such a big hotel the flavours were not compromised at all.

It was a great holiday in a very cozy space. The beach was a bit inferior to those of the other hotels in Naama Bay, but it was more than enough to relax. The hotel staff was very kind and cheerful and happy to help us.

Good hotel the people are kind and the employees are very helpful,if you need something ask them and they wil help you as fast as they can ,the room server (mustafa)is very kind,helpful ,when they come to clean your room they do it good and dont worry about ur stuff getting stolen .

Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours.

Everything is great, starting from the reception and up to the cleaning, the rooms are cozy. Everything is delicious in the restaurant, respect to the chef and cooks, special thanks to the bartender, very tasty cocktails, animation every day 👍 you don't have time to get bored, the pools are clean, the water is refreshing, the jacuzzi is super. Come and you won't regret it

It was amazing stay in such a modern hotel, thanks to staff for their kindness and hospitality, I’d definitely like to come there again! The food, clean rooms, entertainment, staff care, all of the necessities are great, we were satisfied our choice, love 🤘🏼😍🇪🇬

We liked everything, we lived here for five days, the animation is certainly a big plus. There are many Russian couples, there is someone to chat with. We went to a paid beach because it is not very close to the hotel. A good paid beach is El Fanar, three kilometers from the hotel.

Дружелюбный персонал. Большая ухоженная территория. 4 бассейна. Итальянский архитектор. Недалеко Старый город, магазинчики, аптеки, Макдональдс. 2 пляжа, на которые курсирует автобус: платный Пальма 3$ с человека и Терразина бесплатный. Пальма - прозрачная вода, рыбки, кораллы. С детьми не подойдёт. Терразина - мелко, песок, можно с детьми. Разнообразная еда. Много выпечки, свежих овощей и зелени. Детский клуб. Прачечная. Номер просторный. С балкончиком. С кондиционером и ТВ (с программами на русском языке в том числе). Уборка каждый день со сменой полотенец. Очень приятно было, что поздравили с днём рождения тортиком в номер. Данный момент мы никак не обозначали. Бесплатно wi-fi на территории отеля. Можно заказать трансфер или экскурсии прямо в отеле.

There is basically no difference between each meal in the restaurant ... but there are a lot of people in the restaurant. They are often full, but they have meals in 24 hours, and the hotel bar and drinks Drinks from Taiwan, ice cream and everything are free. It is very comfortable to stay inside ~
Room: I forgot to take a picture of the room, but the room is still very good, 4-5 star hotel standard, the brother cleaned up very cleanly, I did n’t want him to come in and cleaned up, so I hung the Do Not Disturb sign, But the cleaning brother will pay attention to when I go out and come back every day, and then come to chat with us to clean up the room, so be prepared to change some money as a tip. Beach: The hotel has a private beach, but it is not with the hotel. You need to take a car at the entrance of the lobby for about 10 minutes. The beach is not large and there are many people. Service: The front desk staff's service attitude is average. The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. In summary, the price of 500 is quite good for such an all-inclusive hotel. The water park is especially suitable for bringing children, and should come again in the future, oh yes, Ctrip! Oh, the hotel does not provide free hotel pick-up. Sham is generally expensive to use a taxi. You cannot use Uber. When you come from the airport, you can bargain to 250 Egyptian pounds. When you return, you can only book a car at the hotel, 18 US dollars or 300 Egyptian pounds ... ...

ССамсонова НеллиHotel in the Hadaba area. Good reef. Average food, not all dishes are good and always uneaten for lunch turns into a new dish for dinner. However, in general you will not go hungry. Old rooms, vintage furniture, a bathtub repainted several times, but everything will be clean. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There are no slippers, robes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But the Mango Market is a 10-minute walk away.
In the lobby at the reception there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars and euros for Egyptian pounds at a good bank rate. Next to the ATM is a taxi and transfer desk - to the Old Market $ 3, to the airport $ 15 per car.
Large, green, blooming and well-kept territory.
Excellent attitude of the staff and a clean sea pull the hotel to a confident 4 *. But nothing more.
The main pool and surrounding area are under renovation for several more months.

The room was far from the check-in area and the main area, but it was okay because there were restaurants at both ends.
The location was also good because I could walk to Farsha.

BBingBaiThe location of the hotel is pretty good. There are many other hotels nearby and the entrance is easy to identify. The service was very good. We had a day trip to Sharm El Sheikh and arrived at about 9 o'clock in the morning. We were allowed to check in directly. Checking out at about 8 o'clock that night and catching a flight went smoothly.
The room's facilities are a little bit old, but it's really clean. The air conditioning is very powerful. Except for two towels, there are no daily necessities, so you need to prepare them in advance. The pool was under renovation when we were there. Very cost-effective and worth a short stay.
