Our room was huge, but the hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. The paint was peeling, the stove and fridge had rust, there was only like 1 plate and a fork in the ‘kitchen’. On a good note, bed and pillows were super comfy.

The kitchen could’ve been cleaner and better stocked. An upgrade of appliances would be nice too.

The room could have been supplies better. No working microwave, no paper towels, the heater wasn't working properly and no toaster in my room. However, I always stay at this same hotel for years when I want to have Restful get away. This time wasn't so restful. I will always come back. Thank You, for my stay

Nice property. Very minimal staff.
Promoted as having "Free Breakfast - waffles, juice, etc." but there was no breakfast at all. Coffee & microwave in room. Close to other food choices. Excellent parking. Tiny elevator.

I will never stay at this hotel chain again! The hallways and elevators were filthy, my pillows and blanket were uncomfortable and gross. I would never recommend this hotel chain to anyone!

the curtains didn't do a exceptional job blocking the outside light, but i improvised. breakfast was good. also, it was quiet!

From the lizard in our room, to the amount of damages that made our room unpleasant to stay in…. The issues didn’t stop. Broken elevator door, not being charged correctly and being told we needed to check out before our stay had ended. We will not be back.
