住的太好了！房間佈置得温馨又漂亮，處處都打掃得一塵不染，設施齊全得讓人驚喜——冰箱、洗衣機、投影儀、空調應有盡有，尤其是衞生間的智能馬桶，用起來特別舒適，細節滿分！房東老闆是一位退伍小哥哥，人超級nice，服務周到又貼心，從入住到離店都讓人感到賓至如歸。住在這裏不僅方便，還特別有家的感覺，強烈推薦給各位小夥伴！下次來一定還會選擇這裏，真的是物超所值，住得太舒服了！

進去連礦泉水都不提供，開窗户外面超級吵根本沒法睡覺，不開窗開空調吧正對着床還怕吹着孩子，而且空調冰箱都有異響，二樓還是聲控燈，一動彈整個屋都亮了一樓也光感很強。一樓沒有床頭燈，直接就是大燈，總體體驗感很差

1.跟幾個朋友在瀋陽玩幾天，4個人想打打麻將，特意找了個民宿，本來感覺很可以，6人間住4個人加床被子居然還要加錢。我説明天再住一天，在攜程上提前又定了一天，價格居然飛漲100多塊。我看了下攜程我可以免費升級房型，又定了270多的低房型房間。負責人説可以直接轉給他280.我轉給後當天房間又回落下來到270.不是錢的事，提前訂居然比當時定要貴，找老闆理論老闆振振有詞，果斷給差評。
2.整體來説衞生一般，備品基本沒有，浴巾和毛巾沒人敢用，衹有一次性收費的毛巾可用。最後連手紙都沒有了。麻將機是2手的，體驗感非常差。服務也是一次性買賣，以後不會再定他家了。

房間超級好，電梯很方便，而且超級乾淨，隔音也很好，拖鞋之類的都是一次性的，冰箱也是插電的，而且位置相當不錯了

環境：地理位置超絕，能直通大悦城商場，而且樓下就有特產店並且物價很便宜。
衞生：乾淨，床品是酒店質量的床單和被罩，而且房主提供了很多一次性用品。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，還有大屏投屏電視和冰箱，房屋獨立空調，床鋪整潔。但是位置太難找，商場停車太貴
