"The hotel is very pleasant, the apartment style makes it comfortable with children. Kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items, which is ideal when you have picky eaters so you can cook quick and easy meals. The hotel also have a restaurant that serves western food. The location is next to a lot of shopping centres, and underground malls. The train station is around 10 minutes walk, also it’s between two metro stops which both around 8-10 minutes walk. The gym is great, a lot of good quality equipment. The playgym for the kids also nice, maybe a few more toys would be good but overall it’s a good place to burn some energy for them. I highly recommend this hotel. My children enjoyed the Cinema too."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient, located just about 20 meters from Exit C of Zhongjie Station on Metro Line 1. The facilities are excellent, and the bedding is both clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is fantastic; I especially loved the blood sausage stew with sauerkraut and the date paste pastries! Any small issues I had were addressed and resolved promptly, so the service quality is absolutely top-notch. Two thumbs up! They even offer late-night congee and a parting gift. All in all, a five-star experience!"

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, with just the right amount of rebound – I could instantly shed all my fatigue and fall into a peaceful sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, the toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water supply was consistent and prompt; attention to detail was evident everywhere. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a rich variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The ingredients were fresh and exquisite, and the flavors were light and palatable. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, and the corridors were quiet and private, ensuring excellent privacy. I will definitely choose Mercure again for my next trip!"
