"This stay was absolutely fantastic, from the environment to the service, everything exceeded my expectations. I especially want to commend Vision, the front desk attendant. He was so attentive and warm, I'm completely won over! I was traveling with my family on short notice, and we arrived late at night during a light rain. My family was quite tired from the journey. I had originally booked a standard room, but when checking in, I casually mentioned to the front desk attendant that my elderly family members are light sleepers and I was worried about noise at night. To my surprise, he took it to heart and immediately and thoughtfully upgraded us to a quiet room on a higher floor, free of charge. He was patient and gentle throughout the entire process, not perfunctory at all. He proactively and helpfully informed us about the elevator's location, breakfast times, and the parking lot entrances and exits. Worried that we might have trouble getting around at night, he specifically advised us on local road conditions and the hotel's nighttime services. The attention to detail was exceptional. I was exhausted from traveling late at night, but this unexpected, thoughtful service instantly cured my fatigue. Beyond the incredibly helpful front desk service, the hotel's overall quality was also excellent. The hotel environment is clean and grand, with public areas that are tidy, bright, clean, and odor-free, creating an overall quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room's cleanliness was also very good; there was no dust in the corners, and the bedding was soft and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. The room facilities were complete, the Wi-Fi speed was super fast, the hot water was stable, and the toiletries were clean and good to use, resulting in a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, drinks, and fresh fruit, all fresh and with a homely taste that didn't disappoint. The entire service team was highly professional, polite, attentive, and responsive. A good hotel isn't just about good hardware; what's even more rare is sincere and thoughtful service. The professionalism and gentleness of this front desk attendant made the entire trip exceptionally warm. It's incredibly good value for money and definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this hotel again for my next stay!"

"Our stay at Qinghe Peninsula was made absolutely perfect by the thoughtful and attentive service of our butler, Xiao Hui. I have to leave a glowing review! Upon check-in, Xiao Hui proactively helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. She meticulously explained how to use the private hot spring and other room facilities. She even kindly sent us the park's activity schedule, detailing the locations and opening hours of the indoor and outdoor hot springs, water park, sauna area, and buffet restaurant – newcomers wouldn't need to figure anything out on their own. Throughout our stay, any questions we had were quickly answered via WeChat by Xiao Hui. She promptly arranged for extra toiletries and replenished our drinking water when needed. Traveling with children, she thoughtfully provided complimentary children's toys and reminded us of the precautions for the kids' water play area, which was incredibly heartwarming. When I accidentally left a small item behind, she carefully retrieved it and contacted us to pick it up. Her attention to detail truly shined. Xiao Hui was always gentle, polite, and greeted us with a smile. Her service was thorough and meticulous, never perfunctory. The resort environment itself is comfortable, with a wide variety of hot spring pools that are clean and well-maintained. Coupled with the professional and caring service from our butler, our overall vacation experience was truly exceptional. As a highly-regarded hot spring resort in Shenbei, the facilities are top-notch, but the service truly stands out. "I've stayed here so many times, and I've recommended it to my colleagues who have all been very satisfied. The hotel is super close to the Youth Avenue subway station, with access to both Line 1 and Line 2, which is incredibly convenient. It's also super easy to get to concerts by subway. Major Shenyang attractions like the Imperial Palace, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, Xita (West Tower), and the TV Tower Night Market are all nearby and just a short taxi ride away (starting fare). Mixc City is also close by, making shopping a breeze. The rooms are consistently clean and tidy, and the service is always thoughtful and excellent. I especially want to praise the hotel breakfast; I can never get enough of it! There are new items every time I visit, and breakfast runs until 11 AM, so even if you wake up late, you won't miss out – it's fantastic. The lounge on the first floor is also great for a casual coffee or getting some work done. Plus, there's free parking, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely deserves a five-star rating!"

"I highly recommend the麗柏酒店 (Reebear Hotel) near Shenyang Station. Its location is excellent, very close to Shenyang Station and Taiyuan Street subway, making it super convenient for shopping, getting around, and catching trains. The overall decor is modern and light luxury, feeling both high-end and clean, with a fantastic ambiance. The room was spacious and bright with great natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff, especially Zhining, was incredibly warm and helpful. It's my top choice for business trips or tourism, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang."
