Quality of hotel was excellent, brand new. Housekeeping staff excellent. The front desk staff need some training to acknowledge guests as they come and go each day. Of the 10 hotels we stayed in during our 1 month holiday across China, staff at front desk here need help with customer service training, perhaps add an English speaking staff member.

Very effective location if you arrive at or need to leave from Shenyang North railway station. Only a couple of blocks away. Friendly and polite staff, good amenities in the room, comfortable bed and good shower. It really does the trick. I used it for a stop over en route to somewhere further away and I was happy with the choice. Recommended if you need to be in the area logistically. Breakfast has enough options to cover both Chinese and Western taste.

I highly recommend this hotel. Transportation is very convenient, whether driving, taking the subway or taking a taxi. The front desk lady Xiaoshuang was friendly and the check-in procedure was quick and skillful. We booked three rooms and they thoughtfully arranged us on the same floor, which was very considerate. Who knows, my family! The hotel we stayed in this time was absolutely amazing! The room was so spacious and bright, and the bed was so soft that it felt like stepping on marshmallows. Since we had two rooms that were not on the same floor and were unavailable, we extended our stay today and wanted to change room types. Xiao Shuang was very considerate and arranged for both rooms to be on the same floor.
