Somerset Heping Shenyang Service Apartment

From top to bottom, the service was impeccable. The restaurant was fantastic, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. No matter where else I stay, Ascott Shenyang is always the best.

The front desk staff, Xu Fei and Yao Hongyu, as well as Fang Jingya, provided excellent service.

The room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay and an excellent experience. The location is convenient, with a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's only a 10-minute walk to Shenyang Station. It's perfect for friends traveling together, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenyang!

The space is incredibly spacious, perfect for a family reunion. The service was very attentive, always on call. The breakfast had a great variety, offering good value for money. The room temperature was comfortable, and there was even a humidifier. The location is very close to Shenyang Railway Station, offering a glimpse into the city planning of yesteryear. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience the 9th-floor spa this time, but I hope to stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang. Cleanliness: Very good Facilities: Everything you could need is there, including a washing machine and kitchenware, which were very convenient. Service: Enthusiastic front desk staff, as well as friendly restaurant and housekeeping personnel. Environment: There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is very convenient.

This Ascott is truly excellent. The rooms are spacious and warm, and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms have great water pressure. Taxis to all the attractions are under 20 yuan, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. It's perfect for families or friends traveling together. Highly, highly recommend!
