I had a wonderful stay at MY Hotel. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing — I slept so well! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient, close to shopping malls and the subway. Highly recommended!

給遠道而來的朋友一家定的酒店 圖片沒有實物驚艷 沒想到還有這種房間 怎麼這麼豪啊 還很温馨 家附近都是某季某庭的 價格很高 這個價格非常親民 還有免費的咖啡☕ 真是咖啡星人的福氣啊 地點就在沈遼路地鐵口 到了晚上全是小攤車 幾步路到萬達 應有盡有 朋友一家甚是滿意 給酒店打一百分 以後會經常來的 前台全是美女 態度好還親切 太喜歡了

1.位置還好，就是電梯口不在大路上，小路門口不能走車，有點不好找，停車場入口是單行道。
2.辦理入住在16樓，和其他商業共用電梯，上下班高峯期乘電梯的還蠻多。
3.訂單不含早餐，不瞭解早餐咋樣，旁邊的宵夜比較多，早餐就比較少，要走一點路。

今天入住後非常失望。剛進門發現床單上有明顯的血跡，枕頭上還有頭髮，感覺根本沒有認真打掃。嘗試多次撥打前台電話，但一直無人接聽。後來親自去前台反映問題，對方雖然派人送來新的床單，但工作人員衹是把東西放在門口就走了，完全沒有幫忙更換。這樣的服務態度和衞生水平嚴重不符合酒店標準。希望酒店能改進，也提醒其他旅客入住前仔細檢查房間。

設施：酒店配有洗衣房，房間裏有冰箱，裡邊還給準備了礦泉水，汽水，茶包。智能馬桶，還有記憶枕
衞生：房屋衞生很乾凈，房內陳列簡約，住的很舒服。
環境：酒店樓層有一種獨有的香味，像是這個酒店的標誌，過道地毯很乾凈
服務：前台小姐姐們非常熱情，有問題隨時幫忙解決，16層是他們獨有的咖啡廳，還可以免費喝咖啡，樓層視野好，和朋友在那裡喝杯咖啡，曬着太陽，真是很愜意。
來瀋陽出差兩天，選擇的都是他家酒店，性價比拉滿，舒適度拉滿，非常推薦大家來體驗
