為了看演唱會訂的酒店，位置非常便利，奧體中心b口出來就到了，與瀋陽花園城商場在一起，吃住行方便，距離奧體中心體育場步行大概1公里，房間設施齊全。

第一天入住還很正常，第二天就奇葩了。淋浴間沒有打掃也就算了。晚上回酒店想洗個熱水澡，水就是不熱，愣是洗個涼水澡，然後就感冒了。打了前台三遍電話，保安上來兩遍，就説多放放水。水温都沒有我手熱，放多少有用。最後也沒解決，這是我住過最差的酒店，也是我住過全季最差的酒店了。敦化，丹東，大連，瀋陽，這家最差。

總體是好的 入住阿 衞生阿 服務阿 都OK 畢竟是全季 也就談不上值得特別稱讚 退房後還接到酒店電話 問我房間裏有個小物件很新 是不是忘記的 東西雖然就是不要的 但還是很暖心
好了最後説個問題吧 洗臉枱下水口擋片 太過活動 放水時受水流沖擊它會自己轉 洗臉洗着洗着水會迸濺得到處都是 緊接着擋片轉一轉後就會翻轉 就堵住了 。。。

作為一個很少些評價的人，第一次寫差評，關於這次預訂的體驗感極差。因為突然要來瀋陽辦事且就在花園城a座，所以定了最近的全季。考慮到已經晚上八九點了，預訂後立即諮詢酒店可否留房間的問題。幸虧當時諮詢了，告知我定的房型不符合我的要求，需要退掉重新定xx房型。我説可以。當時在高速上，我也依然照做了，退掉重定了他説的房型，然後又致電酒店留房，前台告知：剛才叫我定的房型又剩一間了，是在拐角的，不想住這個還需要再次退掉重定。前後不過幾分鐘，她讓我定的房型就沒了，耍人呢。因為在高速上，並且已經退過重定一次，就和前台協商。可是前台告知我，讓我下單其他家。全季家的前台説附近的其他家又便宜又新。換了一個前台接電話也是如此，還是讓我去定別人家。態度非常不好。很差的一次入住體驗。後面還是攜程客服幫忙退掉重新定，為了住一晚退了兩次定了三次才成功入住。

衞生差，深夜入住用身份證不能辦入住，都已經很累了還要求我必須掃碼搞會員那些東西綁定，反覆跟前台確定是否衹用身份證不能辦入住，回答必須掃碼，房間裏冰箱，空氣凈化器進屋時都是拔掉的插頭，找了半天發現線搭在外面裸露的電網上，衹能從電線旁拿下來再插上，有安全隱患。

首先，線下到店不能開發票，也沒有理由就説這個軟件訂票開不了，必須網上開，讓問一下怎麼能線下開，就説新來的不清楚。其次，房間一進門特別大的麻辣燙、酸辣粉的味道，明顯就是誰在房間剛吃完，我晚11點辦理的入住，按道理早應該收拾完打掃好放好味道了吧。再次，房間所有備品都衹有1份，雖然後來也給送了，但是房間入住前的基本檢查都沒有嗎？最後就是房間的設施了，那馬桶上是啥，看了都噁心，説換房間就説當天滿房沒辦法換，要不是時間太晚了，肯定馬上換酒店了，總之，最差的一次體驗了。
