Very bad experience First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, the room hadn’t been sorted out yet. It was already past 2 o’clock when we arrived~ The funniest thing is that the front desk actually promotes room upgrades. This is the first time I have encountered such a hotel after traveling for so long. [Horrified] We booked a deluxe king-size bed room with a view. First of all, they said the room was cold and the room had not been tidied up. If we asked us to change rooms as a family with children, we would have to pay an additional 200 yuan~ Secondly, when you enter the room, the decoration is very old. The smell of the air purifier is pungent. You can't even open the window to let out the smell. It's not as good as an ordinary standard room. The water in the bathroom is very slow and the mattress is not very comfortable. You can hear the sound of springs when you sit on it.

The service was very good. We needed earplugs, but the hotel didn't have them. The front desk actually bought us a pair. There were mosquitoes at night and we wanted mosquito coils. The front desk said it was not the season yet and they hadn't prepared any. We thought it was impossible, but they sent us half a bottle of mosquito coil liquid that they found somewhere. The service was very good. The front desk ladies Li and Xiaofang were very nice.
