離瀋陽故宮非常近，離中街也很近，去景區近這點很方便，周圍也有吃飯的地方但是還是建議去中街那邊吃，景區周圍食物感覺不怎麼好吃。房間不大適合一個人出行，價格便宜，衞生還有待提高。

這家希岸的優勢是處於市中心，離中街，瀋陽故宮比較近。但是實在達不到希岸的標準，
首先，衞生條件非常差，房間內到處都是灰塵，被套床單似乎沒換，臭不可聞。整個房間一股奇怪的臭味，同住人當場就吐了。讓人驚訝的是，這家店晚上客房部居然沒人值班，沒人能夠換被套。忍着噁心住了一夜。第二天換了被套異味消失。一客一換是酒店基本服務標準，如果這都做不到，實在是砸希岸的牌子。而且價格還很貴，房間非常小，床都要頂着桌了。
另外，酒店旁邊地鐵施工，又吵又臟。這是我住過的最差的希岸了。

設施：房間有點小，有些老化了，浴室的玻璃門有些脱膠了，都害怕玻璃碎掉。另外淋浴室跟床鋪的玻璃是磨砂的，還是比較透的，衞生間燈一開直接照在床鋪上，晚上上廁所影響睡覺，另外異性孩子比較大的家庭慎選
服務：前台小姐姐還是很好的，看有小孩主動給的洗漱用品和拖鞋

酒店位於老瀋陽市區，周邊吃喝玩樂挺方便的，步行去中街步行街玩也不遠，參觀瀋陽故宮與張學良大帥府也是步行去的真方便，而且酒店還配有免費停車位，一對我們自駕游出行真的很方便哦

不得不説住了這麼多希岸這次是最噁心的，布草老舊該換了，我下午兩點退房，早上走的時候特意跟前台交代我不回來在退房，12點多回來的時候告訴我退了，給我的答覆是前台交接的問題，你**前台交接跟我有什麼關係，服務不行就別找藉口，就是個推諉。

離故宮，中街不遠，附近超市，水果店，飯店都很多，很方便！走路去故宮10分鐘也就。環境適中，樓後面的停車場，夠停20台車！
