This hotel is really disgusting, 20 degrees below zero, no heating, poor front desk service, the eggs we cooked for breakfast were taken away by the front desk, there were a few steamed buns for breakfast, not even porridge. It's terrible, whoever booked it will be upset!

The service attitude is very poor. Toiletries are charged but there is no sign of price. Normal hotels are free. This hotel does not tell you and deducts it directly from the deposit. I have been traveling for many years and this is the first time I have encountered charges without explanation.
