兩次來瀋陽辦理簽證，這裏離使館區蠻近的，因為晚上趕飛機，就訂了兩次小時房休整一下，房間裏的枕頭和床墊很舒服，非常適合休息，但是臨街方向的房間會噪音蠻大的，因為路段在維修。第一次的服務人員非常友善，幫忙找了間不臨街的安靜的房間，至於第二次入住時的工作人員的服務態度就真心不敢恭維了，甚至可以説非常不好，所以這家酒店也許是薛定諤的服務態度，入住體驗感全憑運氣吧～

這是我住過最差的全季了，熱水最熱都很冷，空調聲音真的很影響睡眠，杯子和水壺裡有類似黴斑的東西，牆上開裂，地板牆角開裂，最主要餐廳有蒼蠅和小強。。。

這次是我住過的最舒適的酒店之一房間整潔乾淨，設施完備，床鋪柔軟舒適，晚上能睡個好覺。而且，前台熱情，服務周到，讓我感覺格外温馨。其次，地理位置也很優越，周邊交通便利，周圍美食很多,非常滿意，強烈推薦！

此次商務出差選擇入住全季，整體體驗遠超預期，完全契合商務人士的核心需求。
位置是最大亮點，緊鄰領事館區，步行可達多個辦事機構，對於需要跑業務的人來説節省了大量通勤時間；周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，早晚用餐或臨時採購都很方便。
房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，完全沒有異味，出差一天回來能睡個好覺太重要了。辦公設施很貼心，書桌寬敞且燈光充足，配上高速穩定的WiFi，處理文件、開網上會議都很順暢，沒有出現卡頓問題。
前台服務高效專業，辦理入住和退房都很快，還主動提供了周邊停車和交通指引；客房服務響應及時，提出需要額外的辦公用品後，幾分鐘就送來了，態度也很熱情。
唯一小遺憾是早餐種類中規中矩，沒有太多驚喜，但品質在線，吃飽吃好完全沒問題。
總體而言，無論是位置、設施還是服務，都完美適配商務出行需求，下次來瀋陽公幹還會優先選擇這裏。

瀋陽這次全季確實出乎我意料
並非是其他店那樣。
顧客都不是**，別把顧客當**。正常是下午兩點可以辦理入住。顧客下午六點多到店辦理入住，説是沒打掃完房間，讓我等一個小時。幸虧我來得晚，我早點來，下午兩三點來，我是不是的等到晚上七點多才能入住上。我下完單買完房了，是不是就證明有房有空房。為什麼辦理入住的時候説是沒打掃完，五六個小時還打掃不完嗎？前台説詞中提到説是保潔下班了，晚班的保潔正在打掃···
前台還提到有的客人兩點退房，然後才能打掃，你上一波客人幾點退房和我們什麼關係，
我們開的是正價房，兩點後就可以直接入住的，憑什麼需要等到七點才能入住上。
你們不存在一房多賣嗎？讓我們來承擔等待的後果。
大堂哪裡有其他人辦理，也沒那麼忙，幹嘛入住還需要等待
找攜程投訴 平台也給解決了。等待我也等待了，第一天的房費退200塊 不讓我差評
