The room had a bad smell and was very dusty when I arrived. The TV remote was not working and the person we called to help kept shouting at us to use the buttons on the TV , yet there were no buttons. The reception proceeded to give us another room, but it was worse and smaller than what we had booked. We had to move back to the room with the broken TV control, and the room was not cleaned for two days, they forgot and we had to call for towels and water late night after we arrived back to the room. Bad experience.

The service is great The bathroom shower is not a separated by a door, I had to require for one room with it

The journey continues…During my latest visit, I opted for another stay at the Fengyu Apartment but this time a different room. I tried the loft apartment this time around. It’s spread across two floors. Think of it as a well decorated temporary living space. It feels like home away from home. The living room on first flow has a balcony view of the lower surrounding buildings. This floor is also equipped with a compactly combined bathroom and toilet, along with a handy washing machine. There are some stairs extended up from the living room leading to the second floor which has the bedroom arrangement , featuring a wardrobe and desk. The air conditioner happens to be high up the wall. This ensures that the cool or warm air first reaches the upper (second) floor before circulating down to the lower first floor. Again I would recommend this room to anyone looking for that home away from home experience while on a solo travel or business trip.

The hotel was located in a building without clear signs, the room was clean and projector was nice. Slightly over priced for overall value.

Good hotel

This is a really good place to stay. The room is generally clean, but the bed is very comfortable. The location is good and it is convenient to find snacks and shopping nearby!!!

The pictures on the internet are totally different from the actual stay. The quilt is moldy, there are a lot of uncollected slippers under the bed, and the aunt who changed the sheets said she had already gone off work. The service attitude of the guy at the front desk was very good, but the rest is really hard to describe

The hotel is in a convenient location, with a large shopping mall nearby. The room is spacious and clean. It also provides all the amenities that a hotel should have, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable slippers, shampoo and shower gel.

This is not the first time I stay here. I booked it last year and thought the environment was very good. I stayed here again this year on a business trip. The boss is handsome and kind, and he even upgraded me to a suite! I feel happy and happy when I look out the window from inside the room. I hope it will be as clean and tidy next time I come.

The room layout is strange, the hygiene is poor, and the service is poor. I booked a triple room and only got two sets of towels. After calling to complain, I was still given two sets. Living in the attic, I hit my head on the wall above several times. Worst experience ever in a hotel apartment.

The boss is very nice and responsive to all requests. The room is also very clean. Recommended
